Stop thinking that we can get by on average qb play and just getting into the playoffs be this teams goal. The goal is to "Win the Super Bowl". Winning the Super Bowl with great defense and average qb play has happened three times in the history of the NFL. 85 Bears, 01 Ravens and Denver last year. This is the perfect storm rising for our franchise. This team is not a contender for the Super Bowl. This team is like a decaying tooth. Sooner or later you are going to have to fix it or get it pulled. The 2018 draft will provide two studs in UCLA's Josh Rosen and USC's Sam Darnold. By then hopefully this team has rid themselves of Whaley and hire a real GM who gets it. Pull the plug on Tyrod and take this team off life support. pretty much.
