I learned that lesson early on in buying property. Don't buy a one-bathroom house without plans to add another or you'll never unload it. Just a thought. Matter a fact it was bad when the Bills played at the rockpile in the late 60's.When you click on the "map & directions" for this house, the green park area directly to the right is where the rockpile was. 231744[/snapback] People used to let game goers park on their lawns for a buck or so. Matter a fact it was bad when the Bills played at the rockpile in the late 60's. When you click on the "map & directions" for this house, the green park area directly to the right is where the rockpile was. And people say it was a mistake to build a stadium in Orchard Park. Last year MY HOOD (area surrounding the stadium, not the stadium or it's parking lots) was rated as 2nd safest on game days of all the NFL stadiums.
