Not a good look for ole Reggie. Don't think ecstasy is a date rape drug fwiw. Sounds like Reggie is just another raver who was passing out drugs. The guy is always out trying to take home whatever he can scrape off the floor of the bar or club. He was a cop before resigning in December. This guy is a POS.
