Ravens have been projected to be 10 million under the 2013 cap for a while, and 15 after Ray Lewis announced his retirement. Not 5 million over, as Schefter reports. Meaning the Ravens would have to clear 20 million to even franchise Flacco. That suggests they are in big trouble. First I`m hearing this. Why is this suddenly being reported now? While I`ve been hearing about the Jets and Steelers salary cap woes for months? Just sounds fishy to me.
