Guys go on a site like ChatRoulette and pose as a young girl, boy, or just themselves. They tempt the other in to lewd conversations and acts. They then ask for his facebook to buddy him. After this blackmailing ensues, trolling ensues, or just old fashioned hijinx - sending the pictures/video to friends on his Facebook, posting the convo's to his wall, and some times even letting his work or other people know what is going on.
