It isn't exactly a bad thing and I know our defense is non present......but.....I would rather have an emotional coach than a strategic choach. Football isn't just about x's and o's it's also about heart. I feel like Chan has the X's and O's down OFFENSIVELY!!!! But where is our heart?!?!?! Someone needs to lead this team emotionally and no one is willing to step up to the plate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even Fitzy is an X's and O's guy. No one plays with a sense of ergency on the entire team!!!! I feel like no one ever steps up!!!! A coach with heart gets players to step up but an X's and O's guy just gets guys to go through the motions.
