I think that when FJ returns there will be plenty of touches for both of them. Fitz blows without a great running game, so if Gailey is smart, he will let BOTH backs share the load. Should CJ get more carries than FJ? Probably, but the amount of running this team needs to do will take both backs performing at a high level. CJ would be way too worn out by the time the playoffs arrive if he has to carry this team on his back alone. Agree with this 100%. I'd only add that Spiller should keep between 15-20. carries a game and Freddy 10-15 carries. The pass opportungies should probably be about even. Dorkington Posted September 17, 2012 Share Posted September 17, 2012 CJ is reminding me a bit of the Marshall Faulk sort of RB. Not sure I want to lean on him for 20+ carries a game like a traditional running back, but instead you can line him up as a WR 5-10 times a game to get him the ball more in open space vs being piled on by DLmen.
