You do know that another contract is being worked for Fred Jackson right? So you're going to give Jacobs the big bucks to be our number 3 RB? I said: Not that I'm interested in Jacobs, but you do know that Jackson is signed through this season right? And no, a new contract is not "being worked on" for Fred Jackson. Buddy gave him the assurance that he'd get a new contract. They aren't working on it right now...if anything, they're working with guys like Bryan Scott, and preparing their strategy for when FA opens at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow.
