At this point I am all for punting the entire roster and starting over from scratch minus Dareus. 2. I hate to tell you no one is going to pay 700 million for a franchise and keep them in Buffalo. Sorry, not going to happen. its called ROI and there won't be any in Buffalo. 1. The Bills are in the top 10 most profitable franchises in the NFL 2. The value of NFL franchises continues to rise year after year 3. If the new owner wants to move the team, he would need to pay the $900m relocation fee and get league approval. Both are extremely unlikely. Not to mention that the Bills are the only team actually playing in NY State and the state legislature as well as Chuck Schumer will make it extremely difficult for the NFL to move the Bills.
