I'd bet my salary that Peyton will be under center week 1. Manning is hurt and is expected to miss a few games. It would be something if Favre just filled in for those few weeks. Crazy as it sounds he probably can be productive for a game here and there though he can't last the weekly grind of the NFL season at this point. He would be better than their backup.
