GG Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 My point on that play was not that Kelsay did anything great, but that BARNETT completely whiffed in the backfield. Look at it again. It was Barnett's play to make or not make, and he didn't make it. I read this post before I saw the replay, and I think you're off on this. To move into the Barnett discussion, yes it was his play to make. But after beating his guy one on one, getting into the backfield & flushing the passer while a bit off balance by the OL's push, he can be forgiven that he didn't finish the play.
