eball Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 Well, I was sitting around yesterday around noon, channel surfing, and I happened to notice the NFL Network was replaying their series on the history of the AFL called "Full Color Football" -- I quickly DVR'd the shows and watched them a little bit later. Fantastic. I knew many of the stories already, but it was so entertaining and informative. Definitely a must-watch for fans of pro football in general, and particularly fans of one of the original AFL franchises.
Chandler#81 Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 It is a great series. More valuable, IMO, because NFL Films didn't have a contract w/ the AFL, so the video is raw and rare. Pretty sure there are 5 episodes. If so, I have them all dvr'd.
LabattBlue Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 (edited) Hey TWC...How are those negotiations going with the NFL Network? Maybe if I pull a Rip Van Winkle, I may awake and find NFLN as part of the TWC lineup. <insert fu emoticon> Edited July 25, 2011 by LabattBlue
