T master Posted November 9, 2010 Share Posted November 9, 2010 1. Dump present coaching staff 2. Draft offensive linemen 3. Draft defensive linemen 4, wrap up quality players presently on the team 5. Hire enthusiastic and aggressive coaching staff. Besides #1 & #5 I think your on to something we already have some aggressive coaches , we just need a more aggressive D coach & the offense with the addition of this years draft & players that will be coming back like Easley i think we'll be a better team .
