The owner of the company set it up 7 years ago with that premise - basically SeeU-CMe. type thing, where people could video conference. Well, the adult portion obviously took off bigger than he ever expected (grossing over $1.4 million a day) after a few years. Basically, 99% of the money from iFriends comes from girls who actually have webcams in their homes, apartments, whatever and charge people to see them.
