Yes the first round or two is where you need to put some emphasis but when a person has talent than what do you worry about? All of these glamour boys are a joke! Anyone who thinks guys like McCoy, Clausen, and other big names will make it are fools. Gerhardt is an example of a guy with something to prove, who has the tools needed to give a team 5 to 6 years of good play.
