Whites Bay Posted April 17, 2010 Share Posted April 17, 2010 When was the last multifunction park made? The baseball/football stadium is a dying breed. Also, what's the story with the Rams' dome. Wasn't that just built in the mid-late 90s? Ironically, that's the situation in which the Rams found themselves LAST time they were in Southern California. Anaheim Stadium hosted the Angels and Rams. I had season tickets from 1987-1990. Talk about a crap crowd experience. Everyone used to bail about 10 minutes after half time - winning or losing - just to beat the traffic. Wasn't that just built in the mid-late 90s? totally agree that the old style hybrid parks are not the way to go, but they have to find some way to innovate a park that can accomplish as many things as possible.
