RIP. it's shocking that with the amount of medical monitoring these athletes receive that something like this wouldn't be noticed. Is an enlarged heart totally asymptomatic? It's very rare for person his age. Many times Dr's look at risk factors like blood pressure in older patients. In younger people it is picked up when getting Xrays or MRI's for something else.
