mackey7789 Posted November 20, 2009 Share Posted November 20, 2009 Look, we have a lot to look forward to - Dick Jauron is FINALLY gone and Ralph might be unlocking his checkbook. But do we realistically have a chance at Shanahan or Cowher? I think we have to flood Ralph Wilson Stadium with 1000's of signs telling Russ and co. how much we want Shanahan (at the next home game) - it could also play into Shanahan's decision to come to Buffalo. Cowher is not coming back to coach, unless it is on his own terms, in a situation that fits him and his family the best. He has no reason to come back and coach, he has achieved it all as a coach, and HE LEFT, on his own terms, a much better situation in Pittsburgh then what he would get here. Its being said he would be interested in Carolina cause its close to his home. As for Shananhan, its rumored he is already in line to take over the spot in Washington (if they get rid of Zorn, which has about a 1,000,000% chance of happening) as a coach/GM.
