You literally just said Jackson had the best vision of any back in NFL history.

    Seriously?

I have laid out factual things regarding Fred.

Yes, his grit and heart could make a case for Bill's wall of Fame, but everybody is acting like he was Barry Sanders stats wise.

The top 2 were over 10k yards

Fred had 5k in 7 years

Shady will pass him for #3 as a Bill in his 5th year barring a major injury.

So for you it's stats? I'm not judging I'm just really curious

Absolutely not.  He had one 1000 yard rushing season.  He was a good player, but he's not WOF material.  Ruben Brown, Eric Moulds, Schobel and Kyle Williams are all more deserving guys from our loser era.

I'll ask you as well. He's the third best running back stats wise in Bills history. What defines for you, the criteria for a player to be on the wall?

I honestly can't push back on "above average."

I still don't think he should go on the Wall.  I will say, however, that he belongs up there more than Gilchrest.

So Gugny for you and the others saying no.  What do you and the others think are requirements or criteria for someone to be up there? His numbers were there, the fans, the team, the community loved/loves him.  So what is he missing by your standards?

I really have no idea what you are talking about,  it is not like I predicted the Williams td run, the dareus and Benjamin trade, the peterman start, the peterman injury and not starting, Gaines not starting, Kyle coming back, our new gm, the downtown stadium, spider Webb, the Taylor trade.  That is someone else.

Now you predicted the downtown stadium? Oh Chad you've been missed so much.

For those of us who don't read every single post every day....Could those that do please fill us in on who Dunkirk is???

And also what's with the IN reference to all the time?

Derby dan used to be Dunkirk don/Chadwick Chad who came here spouting the Bills were building a stadium east of the city and to connect the dots, then he backpeadaled when he realized he was caught being a fraud   .  He claimed he had all of this insider knowledge which all turned out to be BS. He disappeared and now he's back with a new handle trying to be cute about it.

IN is simply getting into a new thread that has/is already being discussed and shouldn't have been opened in the first place. It used to be a race to get in before the duplicate thread was closed

Darnold did blow his interview with the browns and the browns are leaning toward taking Allen.  If this happens, provided we can pull off the trade we would take  Darnold at two if we get the deal done with the giants.  The deal is done, apparently McDermott is not totally sold yet.  We are working a three way deal with the giants and browns plus a straight up deal for the browns fourth pick.  A lot is happening behind the scenes at obd

Hot take from a hat wholesaler in Ohio. You've got a lot of info from OBD.

    Sounds really familiar.

  7. I still don't understand how this is even a discussion. If you're a fan of the team how can you realistically want to root for anything other than your teams success? I get it, better QB higher draft picks etc, but isn't the whole point of being a fan to watch the team do well? I wouldn't trade that playoff run for any of the QBs or players in the draft.

I'm not talking about the people who were trying to see if it was true or not.  I'm talking about the people that just bashed him and attacked him.  I didn't comment once on that thread because of how a lot of people were simply attacking him.  People can politely suggest that he stop but that didn't exactly happen.  It was just pages of people pissing out anger.  It got unnecessary and out of hand.  I come here to discuss football and not bash other people.  Some use this as a platform to just bash other people.  That's honestly the entire internet though.  It's frightening to look at any comment section anywhere so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I guess I thought this was a place to actually converse about the Bills and express opinions and have debates and conversations without the bashing stuff.

People can politely reject it then.  Don't click on the thread.  Control yourselves.  It's really quite simple but the compulsive need to put someone down is stupid.  People kept going back to that thread even though they didn't like it just to piss on the poster.  It doesn't have to become the thread of bashing that it became.  This board shouldn't be a platform to bash others.  Whatever happened to conversation and debate without bashing others and their opinions?

I don't disagree, there were some who just attacked, but I know personally I became more attacking after I asked basic questions to clarify, explain and go further with trying to cover what he was posting. He refused at that point and started to insult posters.

So if you don't believe that poster, stop reading their posts.  Simple solution.  Why does everybody have to go pissing on the poster?  Doing that just causes more anger on this board and draws away from it's true intentions.  Why create a big ruckus when there is no need to?  Some days I come on here and it's like it's a place where people take out their anger on another poster for really no reason.  I guess that's the entire internet now though.  It's quite the shame.

For me, when I come here I'm looking for information about the Bills, I want to know what's going on, and when a poster comes here completely spewing nonsense and ridiculous thoughts that are quickly disproven, then yes the poster deserves to be called out and while I don't necessarily agree with the attacks, they have a right to be questioned.

For example, when Don/Chad was posting, initially people were trying to get more, asking questions when things didn't add up, it was pointed out. There's nothing wrong with that. That's not attacking a poster. That's trying to verify and find truth.

People who intentionally post nonsense and try to claim a source or fact when they know it's fake should lose posting privileges.

Scott has had the opportunity to close them and he chooses to let them stay open.    I’ve reported them.  If he chooses to leave them open then then I will choose to clutter the crap threads.

Sorry scott. I just don’t think these add to the quality of TBD

Cheers, drinking a Bordeaux from France

I don't disagree Mead. That's why when don/chad started his nonsense I was one of the people calling him out

  11. I'm not even blaming it on the BBMB shutting down but lately the quality of posters is going down the tubes. From what I've seen in other threads this is not just my opinion. I like coming here so I really hope some of the nonsense stops. I know the mods work hard and they do good work but it seems like the ridiculousness of some of these posters are starting to pollute the entire board.

  12. Here's my crazy officiating idea. No clue if it would actually work, but here's the basics. Another referee is working in the booth in every stadium. His sole job would be to review penalties without it being challenged. So as the play is being discussed and reset and whatnot they're looking and from the rule book they'll look at the replays in real time and either concur with the call or say no pick up the flag. You can apply a lot of different ways to do this, only pass interference calls only penalties giving a first down or over ten yards etc. but it's not a discussion between the officials. They're job will just be to confirm yes or no.

Why was he lying about where he was?

Not sure. It was literally the last post before it was locked. Clearly something in his post about them closing the land deal and going to dinner at the chophouse made them comment that the mods can see where we post from. So based on that it would seem he was lying.
