  1. last year we were the last team to get our 1st rounder in camp

I think you are horribly wrong on that (Not that you were right on anything else). M. Crabtree held out until after the regular season started.

  2. You know that if these guys don't get crazy with this money, the draft will become unimportant. Please see the NBA draft and its importance. The NFL wold like to keep the hype on their draft process.

I disagree. I love the NFL draft, and it has absolutely nothing to do with how much money these guys make.

The NFL draft is popular because:

    A) The NFL is the most popular sport in the country.

    B) College football is the most popular college sport.

    C) Every year, Most of the players you see drafted early are going to play, and play often.

In the NBA draft, you get a lot of foreign players, who you have never heard of. And many of the first rounders will get little to no playing time in the regular season. It doesn't make a very compelling watch.

  3. What were the organizers thinking when they came up with the rally course? Which was my favorite event from the last few years.

You practice the course in one configuration, qualify in another, test again in the opposite direction, and the actual races are finally in the correct direction. Add onto that that you are not allowed to have a co-driver to give directions. Add onto that further, because the course is a complete clusterf*ck.

In one 2 minute race you have to make at least 8 hairpin turns on the same hillside. It's redundant and confusing. The "road" section of the course is a small circle completed in 4 seconds max.

Just now, (due to the HORRIBLE track design) two drivers were headed towards each other at full speed on the same side of the road.

Out of the 5-6 races so far, 1 (ONE!) has been completed. Seriously, scrap the competition, put together a sensible course, and rerun the whole event.

  4. As was already mentioned, Popeye didn't make kids eat spinach. The Jolly Green Giant doesn't make kids eat Broccoli. The starfish tuna? Vlassic stork? Do talking cows on TV make kids go crazy for milk?

Maybe kids don't have developed taste buds, and like sugar. Maybe parents can smack the little bastards in the back of the head and say no.

  5. I'll just list a few of the games that I have had, and liked.

    Uncharted 1 and 2.

    God of War 3.

    Resistance 1 and 2.

Killzone 2. (Very fun single player, amazing graphics)

PORTAL (It comes in the orange box game, a bundle of 4 games)

    Infamous

    Red Dead Redemption.

Ratchet and Clank: Tools of destruction/ Future. (Best platforming games out currently IMO)

For reviews I recommend IGN. They can give you a better description than any of us here can.

As for Call of Duty, as others have mentioned before. I wouldn't recommend them unless you plan to play online. And if you are new to gaming, I wouldn't recommend that. COD players are pretty rough on teh noobs. Besides, the single player missions last 5 hours, and are a jumbled mess.

  6. Surprised no one has talked about Kaka getting ejected on such a horrible flop.

Guy purposely runs towards Kaka, and takes a love tap to the chest. He then proceeds grab his face, cry, and flail around the ground for a good 5 minutes. Absolutely awful.

I am really trying to get into this, but all of the flopping, awful calls, and those  stupid horns are making it tough to watch.
