Perhaps he hasn't made many throws that are highlight worthy? From Mikes report, it sounded like he was struggling quite a bit.

last year we were the last team to get our 1st rounder in camp
I think you are horribly wrong on that (Not that you were right on anything else). M. Crabtree held out until after the regular season started.

Points of interest:
Whitner over Scott
Byrd over Wilson
Carrington third in line and behind McCargo
Wang third in line
Hardy buried at 5th or 6th
Stupar 4th
A little surprised to see McCargo over anyone on the Depth chart. Even if it is early. Nothing else is too shocking to see.

You know that if these guys don't get crazy with this money, the draft will become unimportant. Please see the NBA draft and its importance. The NFL wold like to keep the hype on their draft process.
I disagree. I love the NFL draft, and it has absolutely nothing to do with how much money these guys make.
The NFL draft is popular because:
A) The NFL is the most popular sport in the country.
B) College football is the most popular college sport.
C) Every year, Most of the players you see drafted early are going to play, and play often.
In the NBA draft, you get a lot of foreign players, who you have never heard of. And many of the first rounders will get little to no playing time in the regular season. It doesn't make a very compelling watch.

Great reports (and pictures). Keep up the good work.
Like others, I am interested in hearing about how Troup/ Williams are doing at NT.

What were the organizers thinking when they came up with the rally course? Which was my favorite event from the last few years.
You practice the course in one configuration, qualify in another, test again in the opposite direction, and the actual races are finally in the correct direction. Add onto that that you are not allowed to have a co-driver to give directions. Add onto that further, because the course is a complete clusterf*ck.
In one 2 minute race you have to make at least 8 hairpin turns on the same hillside. It's redundant and confusing. The "road" section of the course is a small circle completed in 4 seconds max.
Just now, (due to the HORRIBLE track design) two drivers were headed towards each other at full speed on the same side of the road.
Out of the 5-6 races so far, 1 (ONE!) has been completed. Seriously, scrap the competition, put together a sensible course, and rerun the whole event.

Only 29 days late. And beaten out by Steely to boot.

Who got banned?
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Hossage got the boot.

This thread is really losing steam. I think it should be closed down now.
This thread had steam?

It may be the poor choice of paint, but that franken-car is way too busy. At least IMO.
-
It doesn't really bother me, but I thought it might provide for some "entertaining" conversation...
-
The question on all of our minds. How does one win the last post wins thread?

A salty hog from Suzy-Q's. Salted potatoes, baked beans, Smoked pulled pork, with shredded cheese to top it off. Damn good food. Plus, I'll be getting smoked ribs and cornbread for later.

As was already mentioned, Popeye didn't make kids eat spinach. The Jolly Green Giant doesn't make kids eat Broccoli. The starfish tuna? Vlassic stork? Do talking cows on TV make kids go crazy for milk?
Maybe kids don't have developed taste buds, and like sugar. Maybe parents can smack the little bastards in the back of the head and say no.

I'll just list a few of the games that I have had, and liked.
Uncharted 1 and 2.
God of War 3.
Resistance 1 and 2.
Killzone 2. (Very fun single player, amazing graphics)
PORTAL (It comes in the orange box game, a bundle of 4 games)
Infamous
Red Dead Redemption.
Ratchet and Clank: Tools of destruction/ Future. (Best platforming games out currently IMO)
For reviews I recommend IGN. They can give you a better description than any of us here can.
As for Call of Duty, as others have mentioned before. I wouldn't recommend them unless you plan to play online. And if you are new to gaming, I wouldn't recommend that. COD players are pretty rough on teh noobs. Besides, the single player missions last 5 hours, and are a jumbled mess.

Surprised no one has talked about Kaka getting ejected on such a horrible flop.
Guy purposely runs towards Kaka, and takes a love tap to the chest. He then proceeds grab his face, cry, and flail around the ground for a good 5 minutes. Absolutely awful.
I am really trying to get into this, but all of the flopping, awful calls, and those
stupid horns are making it tough to watch.

Packing for the trip today.
And what trip would that be Mr. Mead?

Well, you're improving. That's more coherent than your usual posts...

Are you sure? I could swear I have the lead.
I'll check with the manager, but I'm quite sure that you are not in the leading position.

BTW: It's 12:26. I wonder how long I can hold on to the first runner up status.
Until about now.

Here are his stats for those interested. Still only 29 years old.
In Case you were wondering why we drafted Spiller 9th

Do you not comprehend the English language?
He said in his post, if there is no franchise QB, DE, or LT when it is your turn to draft, take a play-making RB. Exactly what this staff (in it's first year together) did.
The Bills must have felt there were no QB, DE, or LT prospects worth spending the ninth pick on.
