if KC is really getting 2 first's and a 2nd then they should take the deal. Dorsey is good but not that good.

If Oakland passes on Dorsey, Buffalo should call and see what it takes to get Dorsey at 5. What would it take 1, 3, and 5. KC could possibly get Clady and or Albert at 11.

Does Dorsey go 5 To KC?
He should great pick for the rebuilding chiefs or a great opportunity to trade out and get more picks, Dorsey is still coveted even with this slide.

Bills trade down 3 times my near ideal scenario
Back to 15 with lions so Detroit can take Harvey ahead of Carolina
Back to 19 with eagles so Philly can get Devin Thomas
Back to 23 with Steelers so Pittsburgh can get Mayo
With 23 Buffalo selects...Phillip Merling (although I am not 100% sold on him)
So the bills pick up 3 extra 3rd rounders, they can use them there or parlay them into a couple 2nd's
TE John Carlson (could 2 TE's work if we only have 1 talented WR)
TE Fred Davis (could 2 TE's work if we only have 1 talented WR)
DL Pat Sims (I think this guy will be an absolute stud in the NFL, never too many good DL, and a steal in the 2nd)
OL Sam Baker (can play G and T, a good oline gets lynch and extra .1 YPC and Edwards anextra .2 secs in the pocket)
WR Malcolm Kelly (I think he'll slip into the 2nd round)

im not a true fan of lynch or a 1st rd. running back for that matter. But i think there are multiple players to upgrade the Defense with. The Bills have holes that can be filled with first round impact players. I know there can be sucess in the later rounds but harder to find and often times longer to develop. Even coming up late in the 1st round to get a guy like Chris Houston.
Dream scheme...Willis and Okoye

I have seen all these posts of what to do if Willis, Lynch, Branch, Hall, Aboye, and AP are all available. I don't think they will be, but I feel one option that has not been discussed is to use the 2nd round pick and the extra third to get back up in the teens again. I would really LOVE to see the Bills draft Willis. An impact player on to anchor the defense would be huge. I think Aboye would be a great talent to help stop the run to let Willis run free. I think the Defense is the key especially the Run defense as opponents will run the ball 75% of the time in the last 3 home games in Buffalo.
Signing 2 first rounders would be tough for the Bills management to stomach, but 2 impact Defensive players would be great.
Thoughts? What would it require to pull it off?
