  1. he wouldn't take up a roster spot unless he was good enough to earn one over someone else. I'm not suggesting he make the team based on his skill set and measurables but what would be the downside of bringing into camp? He absolutely could fill a need if he worked out. Why not give it a chance?

I won't pretend to know why he would or wouldn't sign in Buffalo, though we aren't loaded at his position and we have no one like him. I don't think they are afraid of bringing in competition for a guy like Hogan. I'm just saying if he did decide to finally be open to TE or WR, the Bills should pursue him. When teams have an interest in a player they don't say "he probably won't come here. Let's not even try"

You're ignoring that depth WRs need to contribute on special teams. Has he ever done that?

  2. zero chance. The NFL already said so

And IMO, he is involved. The NFL is all about winning, and most every team needs a tenacious guard. Thugs like DGB, Frank Clark, etc get drafted hih regardless of character. For all 32 teams to take Collins off their draft boards is very telling

I have a feeling he might be too. Maybe he's not allowed to say anything regarding the case, but it seems hes more upset about not getting drafted.

  3.

Common theme in both clips is Fred making things happen when we need him to. He made a mistake that time, but doesn't do it often.

No one can ever question the heart. That's the reason for the longevity. Usually when a rb gets a paycheck taking the hits doesn't seem so fun

  4. When we're down 5 in the 4th quarter against the Patriots on 4th and 9, and Bryce Brown gets stopped 2 yards short, we'll regret we cut Fred Jackson. That's all I have to say.

hate to post this, but this quote reminded me of a specific game. sadly

All RB's fumble. Fred was/is a dynamite overachiever for us for years. I think he should get a fair shake in TC. If he still has anything left to offer it would be great to see him ride off after a playoff victory @ home.

  5. especially home ones? man, i dont like having to rush out of work, then be out til super later only to have work again a few hours later. out of towners have to take multiple days off work...

i get the novelty of it once in awhile, but being here in new orleans its multiple every year and its not near as entertaining as some of you prime time starved fans make it sound.

The exposure is nice, but im an out of towner w/ seasons. Like you said, a monday night game means I have to take 2 days off from work instead of 1.
