Well, sure, of course we would all prefer that. I have to admit, however, that having some "edgy" characters on the team makes it a little more interesting.

If the 'edgy' produces, they will be fan favorites quick. Us fans want results.. Quireboys will be whipping boys after losses.

  2. Guys put in jail mid contract and unable to play for a year... I believe one or both were subject to repaying some, after a bit of a battle.

I think Vick ended up giving up something like 3m out of 20 paid... After committing major crimes.

Sounds about right. Even if the pats tried (they never would), they would probably lose that battle.

  3. They are starting to sound like the crowd who say the Holocaust never happened or the moon landing was faked. Christ, your team cheats, they got caught again and are repeat offenders. Hold your breath and have all the tantrums you want it won't change the facts. You got off easy. Shut up and move on or keep driving the clown car you're piled into.

  4. he wouldn't take up a roster spot unless he was good enough to earn one over someone else. I'm not suggesting he make the team based on his skill set and measurables but what would be the downside of bringing into camp? He absolutely could fill a need if he worked out. Why not give it a chance?

I won't pretend to know why he would or wouldn't sign in Buffalo, though we aren't loaded at his position and we have no one like him. I don't think they are afraid of bringing in competition for a guy like Hogan. I'm just saying if he did decide to finally be open to TE or WR, the Bills should pursue him. When teams have an interest in a player they don't say "he probably won't come here. Let's not even try"

You're ignoring that depth WRs need to contribute on special teams. Has he ever done that?

  5. zero chance. The NFL already said so

And IMO, he is involved. The NFL is all about winning, and most every team needs a tenacious guard. Thugs like DGB, Frank Clark, etc get drafted hih regardless of character. For all 32 teams to take Collins off their draft boards is very telling

I have a feeling he might be too. Maybe he's not allowed to say anything regarding the case, but it seems hes more upset about not getting drafted.
