  1. Cash 2 Cap is Ralph's way of keeping more of your money.
  2. I think what is worse is that when SD decided to trade away Brees, he had already proven himself with solid play on the NFL level. That fact that the Bills didnt get involved in the bidding was a joke. You trade our 1st round pick and your left testicle to get a young, proven, established NFL franchise QB. Its not like they are available all the time.
  3. You are entiteled to your views. Now its my turn. Church is of men. Christ has to be in your heart or going to church is a meaningless exercise. Once Christ is in your heart you want to go to church to become more like him and support and grow with your brothers and sisters in Christ. All that aside, I prefer to trade for Mr Vick and draft all O and D linemen.
  4. With all the ongoing BS surrounding how this team is run they can make the playoffs next year if they do 3 things: 1-Sign/trade for Vick to be starting QB 2-Draft Campbell with 1st round pick to play LT 3-Trade up into 1st round in the low 20s and take Buloga to play RT O-line will be immensely improved, QB play improved immediately, and other smaller holes at LB, FB, 2nd WR are easier to fill thru later draft picks and free agency. I like the line with Wood and Levitre at G and Hamg. at C and new new top kid Tackles as bookends. Go all out in 1st round and have a young group outside of the center who can grow and play together for 5+ seasons...
  5. Lets look at the facts. His full body of work is the 16 game season not 2, 3 or 4 games. 4,000+ yards, 25 TDs and a higher QB rating than Edwards. Everything else is just noise. Facts point to case that he is an improvement over Edwards.
  6. Broncos are losing leverage by the day too. I also like the fact that Denver's west coast passing system appears to be similar but more complex than ours which should make for a quicker transition if this deal were to happen. The Bills would be a legit force to challenge the other improving AFC East teams for years to come if we could land Cutler....
  7. I think its a no brainer for the Bills to make an offer and sniff around aquiring Cutler. If the Broncos like Edwards then offer Edwards and our #11 first round pick for Cutler and their TE Tony Sheffler. Our offense would be set for years as we could then lock up both players to long term deals. Imagine an offense led by Cutler and Lynch complemented with Owens, Evans and Sheffler. Could be a juggernaut. My rationale is that this season is make or break for Edwards as we would need to likley extend his contract after this year and he would become quite expensive. I do THINK Edwards can be the answer but he still hasnt consistently shown it yet. Meanwhile Cutler has put up 4,000 yard 25 TD seasons in inclement Denver. I think he would be our franchise player for the next decade. Go for it Russ!
  8. I think a stud Center is our 3rd need right after a new owner and a stud pass rushing DE or OLB....
  9. This poll rules. Go Bills in 09 and no money for Ralph from me until he dies or we hire a top notch coach and GM combo. SPEND THE $ Ralph and lose the EGO.
  10. Hey Ed, thats not correct. I live in Rochester and have DTV. Local channels are now in HD. Also by Feb this year EVERYTHING needs to be a HD signal so thats one less thing for Time Warner to keep bringing up. Also DTV just started carrying the MLB channel to go along with the NFL channel that Time Warner doesnt carry. Cheaper rates and better programming. Go figure...
  11. Caldwell sounds like a perfect fit as a #2 WR. We have Evans and Roscoe to stretch the field. We need a move the chains type WR who can consistently get open when its 3rd and 10. Good value in 2nd or 3rd round after we take a CB or DE at #11 overall. Check out the writeup.. http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingr...recaldwell.html
  12. Yes, I agree. Some examples from the past are Talley, A. Reed, Ballard from the SB years.
  13. Hi I'd ,love to buy copies of each of those games. Can you PM me on how to get my hands on some copies? (I was at the 51-3 game
  14. yeah foxsports said they sent this years and next years 2nd rounders to ATL for schaub. They also swapped 1st round picks 8 & 10. Based on what the texans gave up for scwaub I guarentee you they will now take Levi Jones LT at #10 to protect their new investment. Especially since they wont pick again until the 3rd round. I wonder who Atl is after? maybe a DE to replace kerney or a S like Landry? Call me crazy but I think Peterson will be falling to us at 12 unless a trade up happens for him.
  15. In no particular order I would say the 10 best ever to play the game are; Jim Brown Walter Payton Gale Sawyers Eric Dickerson OJ Simpson Marshall Faulk Barry Sanders Emmitt Smith Red Grange Thurman Thomas I think in another couple years we can safely add Tomlinson to this list if he doesnt get hurt...but who would you drop off?? Campbell, F Harris, T. Davis. R. Craig and M. Allen would not make the top 10 in my opinion.
