That was 4 years ago, but in irony we lost 31-0 at new england, the last time we've been shut out and hopefully i mean hopefully we don't get shut out this year at all.
We won't get shut out this year. And I am making my guarantee now. We Will Beat The Patriots This Year.

well, the way i see it is that I always have a Love/Hate relationship with all my favorite teams. It's like that bad girlfriend you just cant get enough of. She keeps lettin you down, but you keep comin back for more, so there will at times be some sort of negativity. If you can't handle peoples negative opinions, then dont read them. With that said I will always love my Bills.
-
i really love peterson a lot, but for our offense i think Lynch is the better fit.
-
after we start out 4-0, we'll get some recognition and then theyll HAVE TO put us on the flex schedule for sunday nights....

Any Jersey that I seem to buy turns out to be a 1 or 2yr turnaround until the player is doomed.
I currently have McGahee, & Spikes. Some of my past jersey's include... Winfield, Cowart, Bledsoe, & Flutie.
The only one I can proudly still wear is #12 Jim Kelly. I was thinking of getting a L. Evans but I think if I do he will get traded.
link?

ya dont have nfl network Time warner
but i have like 10 news channels
Yeah for the 5 people on this board that do have NFL network, a summary would be a plus. Ill just enjoy some PBS in high def...

if we could get him for only two 3s I'd do it
[/quote AJ SMITH KNOWS HES GONNA LOSE HIM AFTER NEXT SEASON . BETTER TO GET SOMETHING THAN NOTHING. WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE ONE OF THOSE 2 3RD RD PICKS WOULD TURN INTO A PRO BOWLER. SO FAR ALL HIS TRADES HAVE. RIVERS, KEATING, MERRIMAN ETC
IF YOU TYPE IN CAPS IT MEANS YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT

The only thing that interests me from Baltimore is a high draft pick.
-
Nate Harris is a lunatic. I'd hope we'd look elsewhere.
haha he is, but his intensity is amazing. I don't think he's a marv kinda guy, but I wouldnt mind seein him in a Bills Uniform.
-
Nate says hesigned with SF not for the money but for the playoffs. Right!!!
i think SF in that division is well on its way this year, if not next year to win that division. They just need some receivers and some D-Line.
-
haha yeah id still take him though, teams are building for a championship, not the debate team. Although I think the Bills would win an NFL Debate League.

"is on the trading block and his agent Drew Rosenhaus is asking for a 3rd rounder. Do you think he's worth the 3rd round pick? I think he's an underrated TE that was misused in Miami and could bolster our passing attack. I would fork over a 3rd rounder for him. Im sure others will have different views"
Taken from another website...would we want him?
well if we're going by what marv wants, this guy has really bad character issues, lots of domestic problems.

the only reason there was ever a RB "controversy" is because the front office dropped the ball.
most teams have 2 very good backs. shoot, Thurman would never had been Thurman without Kenny Davis.
so you get your regular guy AND your power back and have a talented backfield. they play the same position, but not the same way. and you can use them together or seperately.
as far as money issues... we havent had any problem with 2 1st round picks year after year... why would we worry about a couple of 2nd/3rd round RBs?
i think youre worrying too much about something that really shouldnt be worried about
I would be worried if we drafted back to back RBs in the draft. Like You said, We only have 3 Corners. We're also in a situation with our linebackers. Now I would rather address the need of a better corner in the 2nd round then wait til the 3rd when the talent pool is a little more shallow and wait on getting another running back.
The money issues with the two 1st round picks last year isnt a concern, They played two different positons so the money wouldnt be wasted all on just one position.
and 1Billsfan, who are your trading partners? hahaha.
-
we DID draft 2 safeties last year... not in the same round but whats the dif?
both of them ended up starting most of (or the entire) season.
if McGahee is gone, that means that Shaud is really our only running back right now. why wouldnt we take 2?
we only have 3 CBs on the roster right now too, unless we sign a FA we may be taking 2 of those as well...
i think the only "laughable" thing is when you guys put these "rules" on how teams should draft. you draft what you need, and the best talent possible at those needs.
I am saying in the same round. We did draft two safeties, but there are two safety positions, as well as 2 corners on the field. It's safe to say Bush And Irons wouldnt be running out of the same backfield at the same time. Why wouldnt we draft a RB in the same round? Money Issues. The talent level is the same and we would be paying virtually the same amount for both. Why would we pay for another gay at the same position we wont use? Yeah they might split time, but what if this would turn into another RB controversy in Buffalo? Or what if we end up releasing one of them a year or two later? It would be a wasted pick to draft two guys in the same round who play the same positon. If there was a talent dropoff, like if we drafted another RB in the 6th round id be okay with that, if all of our other needs were addressed.
-
All i caught was he signed for 5 years with 12 mil in guaranteed money, looks like the Broncos found someone better than McGahee
-
who cares? who really cares who is "laughing" at us? if we have needs, we address those needs when possible...
why do people care about being the "laughing stock"? people scoffed at the Whitner pick and he turned out to be better than Huff...
i would laugh at us, its unrealistic, if we draft one running back then we already addressed the need, why would u draft another. If the Bills traded up into the mccargo spot last year and drafted another safety, wouldnt you be wondering what the hell is going on
-
well sorta yeah, Whitner had a 3.7 GPA. he was well known for being possibly the smartest out of the Safeties last year...
well i wasnt saying he was dumb, but more because academics isnt really the top priority
-
if we drafted 2 running backs in one round we would be the laughing stock of the league
-
Do you guys really think Marv is going to take a player with character concerns??
I don't!
Also, I saw one of his interviews on NFL Network and the guy is dumber than a box of rocks!
Not gonna Happen!!!!
yeah because marv drafted donte whitner for his academic abilities
-
This team was 28th against the run. Tripplet is too small to be effective. McCargo is useless. I thought Fletcher was
also too small but he is no longer a problem.
Picking up the O-lineman is nice. But unless they play both sides and are run stuffers? The will playoffs remain a pipe dream.
Hahaha yes we were bad at the run last year, but come on. McCargo is useless? You gotta give him a chance first. He was a rookie last year who only played in 5 games before getting hurt.
-
I agree to the fullest. I've been critical of Marv and Co. since the start, but theyve definetly won me over. I know we've lost clements, but you cannot help but be excited with what they are doing with the O-line. I think maybe we should dupe the titans into trading for our starting RB again and then bring back travis, lets throw it back some more haha.
-
i dont think jauron wants porter to kiss him
-
yeah porter is a 3-4 linebacker, he would have no business in our defensive scheme. Unfortunately I think he has some left in the tank and fits the defensive scheme of all our division opponets. But with that said, jason peters would make him his B word.
-
Plus we don't know the deals of the contract, I do believe if its a restricted FA deal, theres no bonuses involved, thus he can get cut at camp and nothing would be counted against the cap, just like what hopefully will happen with tim anderson, who i believe was tendered a plate of sloppy joes and the 1st season of remington steele on DVD, so not a bad deal.
If Peterson and Lynch fall to us at 12
