Living in Eagles country is annoying at least, and rage-inducing at times. The local news stations are all-Eagles, all the time. Stupid chant and dumb song playing non stop. I don't think they've really played anyone other than Dallas this year, so today might be a wake up call for them. They do have talent, but I wonder if they can score today. In the AFC, i think the Bengals ROFL-stomp the Chiefs. I'd love to see another 49ers - Bengals SB. Welcome to the 0-4 club Cincy!

Time for this team to value production on downs 1-3, instead of taking up valuable roster spots for special teams guys. Matkevich, Jones, Kumerow. And Jones even made a bone head play down the stretch.

Some of us lived through this 25+ years ago, where the team was just good enough to fall short. I was in my 20's then, late 50's now. Yesterday, i realized that i will never see this team win a SB in my lifetime. Probably won't see them get back to on either. And to make things worse, I have to listed to that god-awful Fly-Eagles-Fly song relentlessly.

I don't think Edmunds is a "bust." He is however, just a "guy." He makes no impact plays and for $12MM/year and a #16 over all pick, I want more from him. He could be replaced with just about anyone and there would be no drop-off in the defense's performance. Those of you who site: - But he's only 19 - Two Pro Bowls - Captain of a top defense - blah, blah, blah... That's all fine and dandy, but show me a game, a half, a quarter, a series where he dominated and I'll never speak ill of him again. (Because you can't). I can show you Milano and Klein doing that. Not Edmunds. Save the $$$ and move on.
