  1. I was wondering the same thing. I guess that it makes too much sense to send it all at once.
  2. I got my pins, media guide and window cling for my car today...but I still have yet to get the discount card. WTF are they waiting for? Usually I have it in time for Training camp. This is ridiculous!
  3. The guy in the red with the gloves was rude to the players many times. I always swear he's selling the autographs, because he never has Bills stuff on and is at camp waiting for autographs all the time. Plus he just seems rude. I think the guy with the navy blue shirt was also part of that group. He was ignored by Maybin after camp (supposedly he told him that he was going to give him his cleats during camp on another day) and other players and left pissed off.
  4. Wow! This is going to piss off Goodell big time.
  5. Thanks! Glad you liked it. I'd love to see that too. Right now, Steve Johnson is too comfortable as the #2...he needs to earn it and feel the pressure from Chad Jackson breathing down his neck. Make it a competition and the best one on Saturday wins the job. He definitely fits the mold of a #2 WR. I just hope he can continue with his solid play and impress the coaches on Saturday too. I couldn't see us trading Lynch or Jackson this year...but next year when their value is higher, I think we'll move one of them. Agreed...but I decided to think about the possibility. He's had a solid camp and looked good in the first 2 games too. I think it's a lot closer than other people believe right now. No problem. Glad you liked it. 1. I agree completely. Chad Jackson looks more polished and is a better possession receiver right now. 2. Agreed. Marshawn isn't going anywhere, at least for this year. But we still need to find a good one-two punch for the future and Spiller/Bell would be nice. 3. Chris Ellis is another player that I've been watching and impressed by. I could definitely see him earning a starting job. 4. Well said. George Wilson is a great guy and definitely one of my favorites. 5. I honestly thought Youboty was on his way out the door at the start of camp, now I'm thinking it might be Reggie Corner instead. Good point. We definitely seem to be hitting on the same stuff. That makes me feel like I'm watching the right things. Chad Jackson and David Nelson have both had impressive camps and earned roster spots. James Hardy has been injured for most of camp and hasn't impressed. I think he's going to be cut. Alright, here goes... #1 Trent Edwards #2 Brian Brohm #3 Levi Brown But it could just as easily go like this... 1 Trent Edwards 2 Ryan Fitzpatrick 3 Brian Brohm Levi Brown to the Practice Squad (he won't get scooped up. He hasn't shown enough, IMO) Good point. I know that a lot of people were talking about how we have no depth, but I think that's changing and we have several positions where we have solid depth. The problem is that there are also some positions like OL and OLB and TE where we have zero depth. No, I shouldn't be concerned about his hands, but that on top of how bad he's been at covering receivers in the preseason definitely isn't helping him.
  6. I would love to see Bell with the starters on Saturday. He's earned his chance. No problem. Yeah...I was shocked when Evans dropped it. Jackson is definitely stepping it up and if Johnson can fix his hands problem, he will lose the #2 job to him.
  7. Yeah, maybe I'm a bit too hard on Reggie Corner...but I watched him drop a couple passes in the individual drills, then he dropped that interception too. Plus I'm still commenting on how terrible he was in the game on Thursday. Either way, hopefully he can get some stickem or something. lol Chad Jackson was a beast out there. I loved what I saw from him yesterday and at the game.
  8. Stupar isn't just making the team, he's starting and he's earned it. I've been impressed with how much he's improved his hands in camp. He's also a very good blocker.
  9. Agreed. He's the one that I really don't want to lose the most. He's young and has a ton of potential and would make a great one-two punch with Spiller in a year or two.
  10. Here ya go. My report from Day 16 of Training Camp is finally finished. Sorry it's so late, I had to work last night and then had some stuff to do this morning. If you have any questions or comments, let me know. I will try to reply to all of them. CLICK HERE FOR MORE:
  11. Awesome! I was looking for one of those.
  12. I'm impressed! The site looks really sweet! Nice job, SDS!
  13. Thanks for the info. I've been thinking that something is up lately because of how quiet Kelly has been and even Ralph. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the beginning of the transfer/sale of the Buffalo Bills to Jim Kelly's group (I'm going to guess that Tom Golisano and/or Bob Rich and/or Jeremy Jacobs and/or Donald Trump are involved). I wonder if this deal that they are working on is for minority ownership so they can start out with a little piece of the Bills, while Ralph still controls the team...making it much easier for them to buy the rest when Ralph passes....
  14. Great report! I completely agree with you on Fitzpatrick. He looks horrible and I would actually be surprised if he isn't cut.
  15. I've seen him talking to players and coaches after plays, but I'm usually not paying attention. I'll have to do that. I know that he patted David Nelson on the back after he dropped a ball the other day...
  16. It's a little bit of everything. They use McIntyre a bunch of times where he levels someone to spring Lynch or Jackson. They've also had the two RBs both in the shotgun...sometimes blocking eachother and sometimes misdirection. I haven't seen wildcat yet. I'm wondering if that's for the private practices.
  17. Thanks for the compliments! I really appreciate it. I also have noticed that Chris Brown is starting to put in more and more highlights lately and some play by play. It looks like he realizes that people want to hear more details. Haven't heard anything else on Easley, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's an injury where he starts the season on the PUP/injured list and is out for several weeks. My receivers as of now... 1. Lee Evans 2. Steve Johnson 3. Roscoe Parrish 4. Chad Jackson 5. Marcus Easley (or if he's put on the injured list)....David Nelson They might hold onto Hardy just for his potential and as a goal line/red zone threat. I'm not sure yet.
  18. No. Actually I still say that Ryan Fitzpatrick should get cut. He's getting paid way too much to just be a backup and a crappy one at that. I also think that Brohm has gotten shafted with the "split" reps. One day, Fitzpatrick gets all the backup reps, Brian Brohm gets like 6-8 passes. The next day, Brohm gets the backup reps and Fitzy gets 10-12 passes. It's a joke, IMO. Levi Brown has had no chance to show what he can do. It's too hard to split the reps 4 ways, especially when they givet he starter as much reps as they are giving Edwards.
  19. Yeah I have heard about those coaches, but Thank God I have never witnessed them. The Dick Jauron era and the Mike Mularkey era was enough for me.
  20. No problem. I'm a little nervous about Kelsay. He's missed most of the first week of practice and I honestly didn't think he would make the team. That will probably chance now that he's out there making plays. Coleman impressed me when we first picked him up. Our draft guru on BillsZone said that he was surprised he wasn't drafted and could be a big steal. He also said the same thing about Joique Bell, another player that I love. It's interesting that they are putting the Linebackers together this way, but it makes some sense. They had several players that weren't good fits as DEs and fit better as OLB, they are now getting a chance as an OLB. I think chris Ellis is going to have a breakout season. Torbor fits because he has already played in Edwards' system before. ROFL! It took a while and I'm still not sold on Edwards, until he starts getting roughed up in a game...but so far, it looks like something clicked for him. Exactly!
  21. Interesting...maybe it's the TO influence. I mean...after practice each day, TO worked with Hardy and maybe some of his evil rubbed off on him? i dunno.
  22. Thanks! Even though I still hate Jauron, I will admit one thing...they have practiced in the rain before (walk thrus)...but it wasn't pouring or anything. This was heavy rain at the start of practice.
  23. Thanks for the compliments! It's definitely good to see Edwards get better. I hate to admit it, I wanted Brohm and at the start of camp...i said Fitzpatrick and Edwards are sucking, I want to see more Brohm. until last Thursday. Something seemed to click then and now he's really looking like a QB finally. Now I'm leaning more towards seeing more Edwards. I want to see if he can do the same thing in a real game when 275 lb players are chasing him down. Bell is on the field at the starting LT, but not all the time. I've seen them use Meredith in the drills where there's more contact. I don't think he's 100% yet.
  24. Thanks man! I really hate Dick Jauron more than ever after watching Chan Gailey coach so far and listening to him talk. He really was the worst coach we've ever had! As for the running game, it's hard to tell in practice. But Lynch is running harder and with more authority. Spiller is a speed demon and Jackson is solid, but he does look a bit slower.
