i hear that guy losman looks like a winner.

OK...so maybe the play-calling can't be labeled as "conservative".
Does "predictable" sound better? Even so, it puts Trent in a bad spot, concussion or not. I still think a lot has to do with his confidence and not the concussion.
i think the words "stupid" and "unprepared" fit better

I just have a hard time with this Trent Edwards post stuff......he has a good game then bad then good then bad and its blame on an injury........
I think it has more to do with Trent NOT being good as we all thought....
I hate to put blame elsewhere.
apparently his concussion was bad enough to keep him from beating good teams, and some bad teams. But the injury wasn't bad enough to keep him from beating REALLY bad teams.
also, he lost his confidence, the coaching sucks, and the run game has good/bad games. and when the run game is good, we don't use it.

he cant catch, but he can block

if this gets reversed, it will be amazing

WHY ARE WE NOT RUNNING LYNCH IN THE REDZONE?!?!!? Y Y Y?

That's right, Ed, I'm crazy for even suggesting Trent faked that groin injury. You know, the one that he couldn't remember exactly when he suffered it, and the one that apparently wasn't bad enough for him to hit the training room and instead don a beanie and watch the game, PACING the sidelines....
Yeah, I'm the one who's out of touch.
And your wife never fakes those headaches, either.
What is this, the patriots? I don't think our team "fakes" injuries. Trent isn't starting due to injury. If this were the Pats*, they might be lying. but i don't think our team is going to lie over something stupid....

even though i no longer live in upstate ny, i would never want the bills to leave buffalo. And i would never stop being a bills fan just because they don't win. My first NFL gam i attended was a bills game, and i grew up watching them. I don't care how incompetent the coaches are, or if Ralph doesn't bring in the best possible coach. My heart is still with the team/franchise. Even though they dissapointed me in their performance most of my life. the only thing that can turn me away from them if they have scandles like the Pats* with their cheating, or michael Vick with the dogs, and so on. I don't think jauron is going to be cheating any time soon and i don't think Trent is going to have a bunch of dogs go at it. So even if they lose, even though i hate it, they will still be my team.
Personally, if they finish 9-7, i would probably take it ok. That is kind of how i predicted they would end up. I think the 5-1 start really gave me false expectations. but right now, 9-7 doesn't look too likely unless they "turn the corner" on the offense.

Trent faked a groin injury in a pivotal game, to save face for both his lame coaches and let JP take the fans' abuse. So, now we have JP, the QB with no Brain, and Trent, the one with no Heart.
Where's Dorothy when we need her?
faked?

if we do get a new center, will it be in FA or the draft? i am not sure what Free agents will even be available.

really. we should have won the browns game. and with just one offensive play, we could have at least tied the 49ers game. this team has some good talent and a good core. Edwards needs to get better and confident, hardy needs to step up, and the coaching staff needs to start using their brains, if they have any.

Dude, The Buffalo Bills are a 4-8 football team that happen to be 6-6. Yeah that's something to be positive about. When its all said and done Buffalo will once again have a losing record under our current coaching staff. Granted it could be worse like the Lions I will give you that, but come on.....this football team is lucky to be 6-6.
yeah, missing those easy field goals with a good kicker sure is lucky..... i mean, how lucky were we to get "Wide right" at the browns game???? this team is the luckiest team i know. good thing we are not cursed like the steelers.

Not the most realiable source though.
the associated press? they are pretty reliable at getting good info....

we aint out till we are out completly. there are still too many games left and the standings are too close. but the team has to play better than they have against the tougher teams.
-
he is such a blast he doesn't need any friends with him at the games to make it fun
-
What's the score?
now its tied

the bills are moving the ball well and you guys are complaining?

IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE!!
ive heard that every year for a long time. the team is not perfect. but i am sick of starting over and over.

if trent is a vet, then i am a movie star
-
yeah, that is REALLY common

there is nothing wrong with analyzing a players good/bad attibutes that he has shown so far. it is not like the article was saying he is a bust or a winner. calling a player a bust is def not something you can do in the first season. but you can still take notes on his progress. It is just saying how it is, with the exception of royal looking good here. Like someone said, he is too much like evans and we needed the tall red zone threat. Hardy needs a lot of development and he needs to show some backbone. he looks scared to fight for a lot of his catches, and his drops. but if he can develope, he is just what we needed for our redzone. not royal.
-
that is something that will likely happen. If edwards gets nervous about a throw, he will just throw to reed rather than throw a bad boy he isn't sure of. the turnovers need to stop. if that does happen, then that would make the rest of the season seem..... hopeful
PFT reporting Jauron may be gone at season's end

this is quite reasonable. jauron has brought some good things to the team. but he is missing a little bit of backbone that we need to be competitive.
