The sad part is there is prob a better chance that my son would play in a SB then the Bills. And I am 24 with no kids! But on a serious note... If they bills were still a winless SB team then the Bills... but if they had won then my son... but it's hard to say because I don't have one yet.

I kinda get the feeling that Nix has something to do with it... This is completely my thinking but I think Nix didn't want to bring in a big name maybe because if the team did turn around the coach would be haled as the guy (cohwer, shanny) that put it together and not Nix... on the other hand if Chan can turn the team around Nix will get all the credit for bring the no name guy in and many players. Just think about it for a sec and it kinda makes sense. Nix doesn't get any credit for bring in the coach all of the USA knew was a good coach and even the fans made a billboard for... but is Chan is a winner and the team goes to the playoffs then it make Nix out to be a genious. Don't really have a choice. But we got a month before FA and 2 before the Draft so why not. GT was 7-6 and 7-5 many seasons behind Chan... after him they go 9-4 and then 11-2... that worries me.

The best we know is Shanahan wanted the job and RW didn't feel like he was a good fit. I am not saying this is true but still. Believe it or not I am more optimistic on the Bills situation lately. I think they have a better market and team then teams looking for a coach like OAK and WAS. So I feel we could have done better then Chan. He couldn't even coach a average GT team. He left GT and the 2 years after turned into a great team. What happened to BB... I don't think they would have to have paid him 10 mil to coach but he is an upgrade from Chan offer him 6 mil.

I was just wondering if any numbers came out on the Chen hire? Years price? I jsut watched TT interview talking about how people don't understand that RW is a business guy... I am just thinking ralph is going to want to get someone in to get the fans excited again (another TO) if he doesn't do it in FA he might have to in the draft and I don't think Teebow or any QB left in later rounds will put many people in the stands...

If we went with JC with the 9th pick (i know he prob wont be there) but if we did is there depth in the draft to get a good LT at the second round or move up and get one? I was just thinking of our forth pick in last years draft with Andy and how good he has turned out. I know we don't have the picks we did last year and that he is a guard not LT but maybe we trade RP and or maybe Mccargo even though we prob wont get much but we can maybe move up and get the OB and LT we need... I don't live in Buffalo anymore (only did as very small child) I am in Atlanta but 12K seems really cheep you can't get just the lot for twice that near Atl. Ok, like I said this is uneducated because I am not a college football fan at all. Don't know why I am not into it just only into the NFL, but I'll watch it if there are not any NFL games on. I know I know we were the worst in run D in the league. 5 game were decided by 5 points or less and in each game our D played great... points that were given up were because OUR D WAS ON THE FIELD THE WHOLE GAME... also my next point is how many INT did we get and not turn them into points or only got a FG because our O sucks... Now why JC and GT... well of couse they already have chemistry together and they are more high profile picks being QB and WR... with TO leaving and the train wreck of a coach pick Ralph is going to want to get high profile player or two to get the fans back on board... this is not why i think they should but why they might draft them... also I know GT is smaller and we need a big WR but I think we have 2 already on the team JH and SJ... I would like this set up Evens, Golden Tate, and Hardy and Johnson changing in the slot. Again I really don't think we need to address our D too much... I know we gave up a bunch of rushing yards but they also forced many turn overs... Also I think we should address D problems like DE and LB during FA. Look at out past FA defensive picks compared to our O pick ups... Stroud (not amazing but def one of our best run D players) Mitchell (again not great but still an upgrade) Spencer Johnson (might be a diamond in the rough). We do need a OT but with how young our Oline is I think it would be better to get this in FA as well... even though we have not been able to get many decent OL in FA besides hangarer I think we need someone with experience to help our young OL. So to sum it up in FA we get: DE, LB and OT, (might seem like a lot but Ralph owes it to Bills fans plus he saved money with the coach hire and TO is prob not going to be back) Then draft 1 Jimmy Clausen 2 Golden Tate 3.OT (backup) 4 LB or DE (backup)
