I've always felt that D. Hall was overrated ever since Virginia Tech. Imo he gives up just as many (if not more) big plays than he makes - It cracked me up when TO was w/ the Iggles and he got 10+ catches and 100+ yards, mostly matched up one on one on D.Hall - and Hall claims he 'shut him down' because Owens didn't get any touchdowns.
