Tom Donahoe's ego and unwillingness to make a change when needed. I don't think he really knows how to select the correct talent to build a winning team. To many misses and not enough bullseyes. Donahoe needs a serious evaluation at the seasons end. He knows how to fill the seats but he can't build a winner from what I've seen so far. I challange you Mr. Donahoe to make us fans look stupid.
