NCAA is dead...
should have been 6. Winner of Big10, Pac10, SEC, ACC and PAC12, and highest ranked P5. 2 Byes.
or if 8...Winner of Big10, Pac10, SEC, ACC and PAC12, and highest ranked P5 and 2 at large bids.
But now they have gone crazy.
The PAC 10 is now the Pac 2 , so we really only have 4 main conferences now

Yes, you have said this 4 times now.Is it because you can’t name one team who has or will ever implement your roster building strategy?
What’s funny to me is if Beane had 50% of our WR core as rookie UDFA, you would be mad.Why are you baiting him over and over, stop being a troll?

Exactly where I’m at Promo. I know the numbers are going to be higher for tickets than what I currently pay. I know the PSLs will probably be higher than they originally said when they sent out that survey. I don’t have a number in mind of what’s too much. But I know that if I’m going to pay for season tickets in the new stadium, at the increase in price, I want to be comfortable no matter what weather. I don’t want to be dripping wet. I don’t want to be freezing my ass off. If it is reasonable enough I will buy tix. If it’s not, I’ll take the money I saved and buy myself a toy convertible that I’ve wanted for a while. It’s pretty much that simple.
Coming from someone about to go on vacation in Hawaii. And for a few of the nights we are staying at a timeshare property, this is a genius idea and I’m definitely going to use it. In fact, now that you mention it, I just lost my job, and my wife is a stay at home mom that collects butterflies.
LMAO on both. Ya ever going to visit us in the SB again?

I think the injury reporting rule is that teams are required to report any injury that prevents a player from practicing or practicing fully - or is otherwise significant. He could’ve been dinged, but not so much so that it prevented him from practicing.
That said, it’s been obvious that he hasn’t been happy here for years. It’s entirely plausible that his effort and desire to stay on the field aren’t what they should be. He could not have been happy with Brady’s focus on the run game. It’s probably best for the Bills to move on ASAP. My prediction is that either the Bills trade him or things get worse with him and the team. He’s been quiet, but that won’t last forever.
I think the problem is if they trade him or cut him theres a huge dead cap hit. Realistically , what could they trade him for?

My answers:
OTHER - Diggs drop in play has a lot of factors built into it. One, Dorsey's offense was unimaginative and predictable. And because of that, we didn't run the ball and we had an over reliance on Diggs and it stalled the offense. Once Brady took over, he wasn't able to install his own offense, but had to work more with what was here and make tweaks to try and get some sort of consistency in our ability to extend drives and score. That focus became 2 fold...an increase in the run game as we saw Cook breakout, and also on short passes as an extension of the run game. Diggs was still used down field, but not to the degree it had been.
In addition, you had Josh was playing with an injury to his shoulder the whole back half of the season and Josh said he literally had to change how he delivered the ball to manage that issue and the discomfort. What we saw is Josh not as sharp downfield as he normally is, this prevented Allen and Diggs downfield connection from being as sharp as it was and we saw Diggs plenty of times torch his defender and get open and Allen just couldn't connect.
And if you go back and watch the second half of the season, you will see Diggs still capable of beating the defenders, but between being used differently, the change at OC, and Allens injury, it just really impacted everything. And I think we saw Diggs struggle with that a little bit too where we saw a few more drops because he just wasn't in the same rhythm as before and maybe was looking upfield for YAC more before the ball got there and just didn't bring in some balls.
NOT UPSET BECAUSE THEY SHOULD GO BPA - Anyone who thinks its WR or nothing at 28 would make a terrible GM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should they ever lock into ONE position and take a LESSER prospect over more talented players. This team has a lot of needs, and WR isn't even the top need. It is maybe the top priority, but not our biggest hole in a draft that is both rich and deep at WR.
Lets be clean, I also WANT a WR like many others in the first, but once the big 3 are gone, if there is a run on WR's the last thing I want them doing is reaching for a 2nd round WR over say one of the better prospects in the draft at another position. Here is the reality...After the big 3, it is possible only Thomas has a first round grade on Beanes board, maybe Mitchell too although he has some question marks about why his stats don't match his elite traits. So I think he could move up for Thomas (maybe Mitchell), but if both are gone, I think Beane might either take another position or move back some and target someone like Coleman or McConkey while picking up an extra 3rd or something.
The best thing to happen to Beane and the Bills was Worthy running a 4.22 and moving his potential draft slot from the 2nd round into maybe the first round. No way Beane is looking at this guy for Buffalo, so hopefully he helps push Thomas down closer to us to strike and go up and get, especially now that we just got awarded a 4th round comp pick adding yet another pick to our arsenal to help move around the draft.
Alpha... if Josh's shoulder is bothering him so much maybe he should knock off the golf, jet setting and get something done about it.
...As for Diggs, I think he was injured physically and mentally. I agree with others we need to draft high a WR

I don't love the public money but I could behind it with more public benefit/protections.
There are two things that I am pretty heavy on:
1. Any stadium built with public funds should prohibit the owner from collecting PSL fees. You can either collect PSL or collect public subsidy. You cannot collect both.
2. Any municipality whose money has gone to build the stadium should have open access to viewing the NFL games inside. If you live in NYC, Albany, or Utica you shouldn't have to pay or NFL Sunday ticket or 12 different streaming providers. Granted this was a bit easier to work around in the pre-streaming era. But I still believe it.$1B is an insane amount of public subsidy to turn around and charge PSL's. If owners want to charge it or restrict viewership access then they can pay for their stadiums themselves.
The public money seems to grow larger in this thread every day lol. Its not 1b

Just curious if those in the know, know if Buffalo is changing anything about their conditioning program. Yes, every team has injuries, but Buffalo was absolutely crippled by them, both in number and the quality of player taken down. And it's been two seasons in a row now.
To be clear, I'm asking seriously. I'm no doc, or that knowledgable about the specifics of the different injuries or how teams handle this kind of stuff. I know it's been bad luck, and I honestly don't know if there is anything we could change/improve to try and help cut down on them.
I think this team can go all the way, and would hate to see a third straight season sniped by yet another epidemic of injuries.
I hope we're not playing overseas this year. And I'm not thrilled we're at Detroit again. Hope their turf doesn't claim more victims. >.>
NO, the Bills would rather pay millions of dollars to injured players than pay for a conditioning program. Thoughts @BringBackFergy

This place is so weird. When Bates got traded people were disappointed the Bills only got a 5th for him. Now people are speculating that Dawkins might get traded and they might only get a 3rd for him? THIS IS WHY NOBODY HERE IS A GM!!!!
Do you think he's worth a 1st?

Were not getting a first for him, maybe a 3rd, you know the one that suddenly disappeared from the comp picks

I have enjoyed the season so far.....lots of laughs from me during these first few episodes!
Loved the Seinfeld callback in tonight’s episode...”Take the pen!!.....Take the pen!!”(the Astronaut Pen episode)
Also, did anyone notice that Larry said he could go to jail for one year if he is found guilty in his case??
Do you think Larry is going to end Curb in the same way Seinfeld ended???
Looking forward to the rest of the season!!
I could see him going to jail for awhile and then coming back again. i saw the guy that plays Leon say its not the last season on late night talkies

The problem is there isn’t enough wine and cheese crowd in Western New York. Also if the New Bills Stadium experience becomes Buffalo Sabres Key Bank Center with lots of losing you may not like the experience compared to the old stadium? Wine and cheese crowd will run for the ski resorts if the Buffalo Bills suck. What I see is the New Bills Stadium is 2O0 level Buffalo Sabres Key Bank Center on steroids with a lot more seats to fill in football than hockey. Some people say ticket brokers will buy all the reminding seats? I have a lot of doubts about that if that was in deed the case Key Bank Center tickets would be all sold for Buffalo Sabres games and it’s not. The Buffalo Sabres aren’t a hard ticket to get it’s like going to a Buffalo Bisons game without the sun, fun that the Bisons game brings.
The Buffalo Bills fan base isn’t a high end fan base with unlimited money. A lot of the Bills fans have to save just to get season tickets now. Again time will tell and I hope I am wrong that the Buffalo Bills sell all their tickets and PSL’s. But I have lived in Buffalo for 56 years and this area isn’t New York City or Los Angeles or Dallas with deep corporate pockets. I think Buffalo Bills fans that are current season ticket holders are smart they will drop their season tickets to get around the PSL’s and buy tickets on an individual game basis. Buying tickets from Bills fans that can’t go or the Bills organization themselves when they have to wave the white flag on PSL’s which at some point I could see happening after they can’t sell the non prime seats in the new Bills stadium. If Buffalo Bills fans say no to PSL’s doesn’t mean the Bills are leaving because they are stuck for 15 years ironclad lease. Plus the Bills are in bed with New York State now not Erie County anymore. If the Bills try to leave Buffalo they will be sued and an injunction will be issued to stop the Bills from moving. There is no way out other than paying back
the money for the entire new Bills stadium. That isn’t happening so Terry Pegula is stuck and I think Buffalo Bills fans have figured that out.
It just means Terry Pegula isn’t going to be able to double dip getting a completely free stadium he is going to have to put some of his own money into the new Bills stadium and be happy with the $850 million and whatever amount of PSL’s he can sell to the wine and cheese crowd. Making up the difference on PSL’s for his share of the Bills Stadium contribution wise and that old man got the money he is a billionaire drill another oil well whatever.
Buffalo fans are smart when it comes to getting around stuff like this. I think the Buffalo Bills are going to get a real surprise if they don’t know it already and are just trying to hope for the best until they have to deal with parts of the stadium seats not selling well. That doesn’t mean Buffalo doesn’t love the Buffalo Bills but Buffalo also love their homes and family which the Buffalo Bills will never come before people’s families and homes it’s not happening. I personally couldn’t stop laughing when the Bills mentioned 10 years loans with interest to M&T Bank
that will happen when pigs fly. Buffalo fans aren’t going to take out 10 year loans to buy PSL’s for right to buy Bills season tickets. We will see but old Buffalo Super Fan has been around a long time this Buffalo area is the best at being creative. I think they wait out Terry Pegula and remember there are no television blackouts like in Ralph Wilson’s day. So it’s not like the Buffalo Bills fans aren’t going to have access to the Bills games weekly in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo
What kind of wine and cheese do Bills fans like

29 wins
32 losses
Not a winning record anywhere.
The NHL standings are about points, not wins and losses. Some games count for 2 points toward the league standings........but some count for 3 because of OT Losses. Other sports have a set amount of wins and or ties that can be had during a season. You don't get loser points in the MLB/NFL/NBA. That allows for a true winning %. That's not the case in the NHL.
if you can't do math under the current rules don't blame @ExiledInIllinois

No, it doesn't. But the Sabres also don't have 31 wins, do they?
I wish the NHL had a 3*2*1 pts per game, 3 regulation win/ 2ot wins/ 1 ot losses. BUT, under current rules they are over .500

Again, because the "4" refers to overtime losses. Which are separate from the 28 regulation losses.
They have 62 points out of a possible 122= .508

Yes, they have 62 points. But they also have a losing record.
Doc.... how can you call 29-28-4 a losing record, sorry I don't agree with your math. They are playing at .508

I'm still very curious as to what caused the break up between them. Normally people don’t go that long (10 years) as a couple without getting married, or maybe just staying together forever without marrying. Most couples don’t take 10 years to figure out that they're not right for each other.
Just by coincidence I was married 10 years when the divorce was final
