The North Jersey Bills Backers will be hosting a pre game pep rally on Saturday, September 13th at our Backer Bar. If you are coming to town the night before the game, you are welcome to join us. We will have raffles, a band, Bills themed menu items, Labatt Blue on tap, and a great atmosphere. We will also be throwing a big tailgate in Lot 26 before the game. The backwards hurdle is do overhyped. Barkley got tackled as soon as he hit the ground. It amounted to an extra yard or two.

I am definitely biased, but GM did a great job with the look of the new Colorado / Canyon. I just hit 30,000 miles with no issues.

The 2.7 inline 4 Turbomax also has about 30 more horsepower and 165 more ft-lbs of torque than the Toyota 3.5 V6.
I always loved the styling and durability of the past Tacomas, but the playing field has become much more level since 2023.

They do in their new Tacomas. Turbos have come a long way in the last few years. Unlike the past, where a turbo was bolted on to a naturally aspirated engine, the entire engine is designed to be turbocharged. GM has used the 2.7 Turbomax in full sized trucks for years and the long term durability of the turbo system seems to be pretty solid. I was initially turned off by the turbo too, but after a lot of research, I became much more comfortable with it.

I looked at the Tacoma and Colorado at the end of 2023 and went with a 2023 Colorado. At the time it was a much more modern truck as the Tacoma wasn't getting a makeover until 2024. I have been very happy with my Colorado, and the 2.7 turbo max is a beast. Over 400 lb-ft of torque. I think the Tacoma's reputation for incredible reliability is based more on the trucks of 10-20 years ago than the current version.

I can’t get past the fact that Taylor Lewan is a disgusting person. Can’t watch a show that he is part of.
*His Michigan teammate / roommate raped a girl. Lewan threatened to rape her again if she didn’t recant her story. Michigan swept it under the rug because Lewan was an all American player. He’s also a dirty player.

So it should be clear that the Bills will be worse than the Giants this season. I base all my assumptions on the first pre season game.

I want a SB as much as anyone and think they have a great chance at getting over the hump this year. To those that want McDermott fired due to his lack of success in the playoffs against KC, I think people tend to overlook the fact that Mahomes and Reid are probably the 2nd best coach / QB tandem in NFL history. Is there anyone that would argue the fact that Buffalo would have multiple SB appearances in recent years if they played in the NFC?

Dawkins is such a talented and well rounded player. I think he is vastly underrated even by Bills fans. He is doing things consistently that very few players can pull off. And he has the perfect personality on and off the field.

Warrior was really good if you like martial arts / action shows. It was also very interesting and not just a bunch of guys punching each other.

If you go back, try parking at Star Cider. If you have a few drinks before the show, I believe they let you park there.
