  1. You could stay in Hoboken NJ and have a view of Manhattan. It would probably be much cheaper than staying in NYC and it is a great place to go out. And an easy ferry/train/bus ride to NYC.

The best place to watch the Bills game is with the North Jersey Bills Backers at the Stone & Rail in Glen Rock. But that would probably be too far away if you stay in the city.

  2. It is mind blowing reading some of the Anti McDermott comments.  Anything good that happens with the team happens in spite of McDermott.  Anything bad that happens with the team is because of McDermott.

There is no logical explanation that justifies leaving McDermott off a top 10 coaches list.  The Bills have the 2nd best winning percentage over the last 5 years.  With a significant drop off to the #3 spot.

  3. Kent Hull and Aaron Schobel.  Both of them were soft spoken guys that played at a very high level.

Currently I think Dion Dawkins is underrated.  His technique is outstanding and he consistently takes advantage of his opponents weaknesses.  Smart and physical while remaining one of the most likable guys in the league.  How long until the "he's too fat" crowd starts up?

  4. The hurdle was cool and all, but it is so overhyped.  He already had the first down and only gained a couple yards after the move.  It wasn't a move to get a vital first down.  It didn't precede a long run or TD.  It was a between the legs dunk when a layup would have produced the same result.

Dudes a nomad. Something about bouncing around makes him happy like Fitz did. Guarantee Mack is beloved in every city he played in.

The gimmicky stuff is a nothing, but he's like a Barnaby with big play upside. Enforcer. Bring swag to the rest of the players. Get under other teams skin. One of my favorite one year guys I can remember.

He leaves before his schtick gets old and people realize that he is an average backup WR.

    I miss Mack Hollins.  😢

I think Beane made a big mistake not bringing him back.  Considering what we paid Elijah Moore for 1 year, Mack would’ve been worth the extra chunk next season. 3.5M gtd.  4M cap hit in 2025.   Vs 2.5M for Moore.  I have hopes Moore can contribute, I just don’t think he’ll have a big of an impact as Mack.  Shakir will miss him more anyone.  Or maybe it’ll be Hammer Hawes in there pounding people.

Just felt the need to vent.

1.8 catches per game and 22 yards per game is not a big impact. I understand he is a good blocker, but a WR needs to catch more than 2 balls per game to be an impact player.  I don’t get the concern over losing him. If he wore shoes, didn’t dress in costumes before games, and used utensils, nobody would think twice about him.

Kind of surprised how many are so strongly opposed to bringing him in.

Fits Hollins’ role well. Blocker. Field stretcher. Outside WR. Excelled in a WR4 role. Some element of familiarity with OBD and JA17. Does not affect comp pick formula.

Would it be a bad thing to have six solid WRs? Samuel, Coleman, and Kincaid were each injured last year.

I don't really want anyone to fill the "Hollins role".  We should be shooting for better WRs than Hollins or Davis.  They drafted a  blocking TE that can block and not catch more than 2 passes per game.  That fills the "Hollins Role".

To be fair, I realized after I made my post that I definitely judge the hell out of people that put ketchup on their steak.

As you should!  I could meet the nicest person on the planet, but if they order their steak well done and put ketchup on it, we will never be friends and may actually come to blows.

*Ranch on wings is also a pet peeve, but I can excuse the mistake if the offender is not from western NY.

  9. It was amusing listening to Jeremy and Joe squirm this morning.  They were embarrassed on a national stage and are making it worse with their excuses of why Beane wasn't justified in his rant.  Someone important finally called them out on their lazy commentary and lack of insight.  It is sad that a great sports town like Buffalo has only one legit sports station and a serious lack of talent on that station.

He doesn't evaluate well in the early rounds outside of Allen, and he really doesn't evaluate WR well at all either. That Diggs trade looked good short term, but consider who he passed on in that draft its rough. Cooper was bad all year, the wheels have fallen off and that's a miss, Coleman is exactly what the scouting said he would be. He is a big body who high points well but can't get open, which means he is a really good piece but never a #1.

Kincaid getting drafted for his hands and then only catching about half the balls thrown to him is worse than bad. Blaming a leg injury for dropping the pass in the playoffs was also a choice. They need a safety valve who can get open when they need it and they still don't have one of those, it really hurt them when the sneaks stopped working.

Your math is worse than bad.  Kincaid has been targeted 166 times and caught 117 of them.  Unless you think 70% is about half?

Lead in TD this past season. I’ll have to take a closer look at this as well but I believe he was the guy in the Chiefs playoff loss also.

Hollins had less than half the yards, receptions and targets of Shakir last season.  To his credit, Hollins had 1 more TD than Shakir.  In no way was the guy that averaged 1.8 catches per game and 22 yards per game considered the leading WR for the Bills in 2024.

I'm not a fan of the 2 morning show guys on WGR so I rarely listen until later on but there are plenty of us who think it's criminal how bad this WR group is compared to the rest of the league. I do not care how many points they put up during the season, in the playoffs aside from the Broncos game Josh Allen put up 127 yards passing with 0 TD, 0 INT and against the Chiefs he had 237 yards 2 TD 0 INT. What is the problem with this staff getting a top notch WR for our unicorn? In no way should Mack Hollins be your leading WR. I have no problem at all with them questioning the WR position, the way Beane came at them for expressing their opinion was unwarranted. How is this anything like the Josh Rosen/Josh Allen situation? I've been saying for a little bit now that I'm down on Beane, I thought he had a solid defensive draft but again has glossed over the WR position but I didn't say anything because I was hoping maybe they could make a trade after the draft was over and hoping they still will.

Mack Hollins wasn't the Bills leading receiver.  In fact he was 4th in yards and receptions.

  13. I also have a 77" LG OLED that I bought in 2022.  I have zero complaints and the picture is excellent.  I did a lot of research prior to buying and at the time it seemed to be the best combo of performance and price.  One feature that I didn't realize I would like so much is the nearly flat mounting bracket that came with the LG.  My TV extends about an inch from the wall.
