    While this might have been an "in house hire", what Jerry fails to point out is that Buddy had NO PART in the failure which has been the Buffalo Bills over the past decade. He was too busy drafting ProBowlers and going to the playoffs in San Diego. Also Buddy has been up for several GM jobs over the years with other teams...

    They took manning so they could trade him to the giants...don't let that get in the way of a good rant though.

    Marty comes in as HC hires his son Brian to be OC and assistant HC to take over when pops retires....if that happens, it would be hard to call this anything other than a great move.

    Buddy sided with Marty in San Diego when AJ Smith fired him. I would expect Marty to be talked out of retirement or one of his sons to be the new HC. Just my two cents...
