  1. Voiced mine as well. I'll be a realist and the rest can....
  2. To whomever is the highest bidder, regardless of audience or platform.
  3. The NFL doesn't care about their fanbase, only whomever is stuffing their pockets with the most $$$.
  4. Well, we know three of our WR's off top. Those are Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir, and Curtis Samuel. Looking at the roster as a whole, and what we have done previously, I think we keep AT MOST 6 WR's on the active roster. That means all of these guys are battling for 3 spots. Unless some unexpected guys REALLY impress, then I think one of those spots is almost a lock, with that lock being Hollins. I think he will be here come week one. Hollins fills that ST's role they look for and he has been productive at WR previously, albeit two years ago with the Raiders. MVS is that tall, fast WR who they can run on those Fly and Deep Post patterns to stretch the field. Claypool fits that same mold and this is also where he was at his best with Pittsburgh. I think if we get the first and second year Claypool, then he beats out MVS for that spot. Claypool has also played some ST's as well, where MVS really has not. One of those guys makes the #5 WR on the roster. If they both show well in TC and the preseason? Then they could be WR #5 AND #6. That leaves Cephus, Isabella, Shorter, Shavers, Hamler, Johnson, Thompson, and Keys all battling for one spot. This is assuming that we don't keep both Claypool and MVS. This is a pull a name from a hat situation. Isabella and Shorter have a leg up on the rest imo, and Shorter over Isabella if I had to guess.
  5. This is bad mojo for Rodgers. Last year, on the 4th play, Leonard Floyd sacks Rodgers and he tears his achilles. Who is Floyd suiting up for this year? SF.
  6. Hackett is trash. This was known prior to him even going to NY. The only reason he was hired is to appease Rodgers. He's like the wish.com version of Adam Gase.
  7. It is a lot of $$$, but they're actually in pretty good shape moving forward cap wise.
  8. It's being reported by ESPN as 4 years $84.1M(in the article, but $81.4M in the title). https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/40139300/buccaneers-make-safety-antoine-winfield-jr-nfl-highest-paid-db
  9. No they wouldn't. Milano is about to be 30 and coming off of a major injury. There hasn't been much of an update on him. Don't be surprised if Williams gets in more via in general rotation. It's also a matchup game and they could use him more depending on opposing formations. It doesn't require a complete change of our base defense.
  10. I actually think it will be another LB, Dorian Williams. The athletic traits are there. He has the ability on the field. I think after having a year in the defense the game starts to slow down for him. He will play fast, yet controlled, and be an impact player for us.
  11. So the pattern of stupid, criminal, and hood-like behavior has been there for quite some time. If he somehow escapes jail time, which at this point I don't believe he will because of the potential for this to have been another Henry Ruggs situation, then I expect him to be suspended for at least 12 games. The charges of racing and fleeing the scene are absolutely cut and dry with the evidence the prosecution has. Then the assault charges, and now this story coming out from his college days, just add to the picture of Rice's character he himself is painting at this point.
  12. Toohill, or not Toohill? That is the question....... as far as DE rotational depth goes.
  13. Did someone say "Puffy"?
  14. I had 2nd thoughts before clicking on that link........ The PTSD still gets me every now and again
  15. Driving 119mph, causing a multivehicle crash with bodily injuries to others, and then leaving the scene of the accident, all while being caught on the dashcam of another vehicle? 6 games? Yeah, no.
  16. Of course we were. We went to 4 consecutive SB's. Today's NFL is very different than that of the 90's though. From the rule books, to the schemes, to the level and size of the athletes at each position. It's hard to compare eras like that in the NFL.
  17. No. Elam at least showed some flashes as a rookie. Burks has shown nothing. He's also missed 6 games each season the last two. With our depth at CB, you keep Elam.
  18. We should have scored. Josh got bumped into, then we got Bass'd.
  19. We've all seen this since day 1 when he stepped on the field. JA17 has that "clutch" gene you just don't find too often. He steps straight out of the phone booth and onto the field when it's all on the line.
  20. All proceeds go to the Rashee Rice commissary fund.
  21. This guy can't get out of his own way. His career will be short lived.
  22. Not that it's right, but that's how it is. Just like with Deshaun Watson, Joe Mixon, and Tyreek Hill.
  23. Chad Kelly suspended. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/cfl-suspends-chad-kelly-at-least-9-games-for-actions-toward-female-strength-coach
  24. I wish. The cap hit would be almost $9M I think. We don't really have the $$$ to absorb that hit. We still have to sign our rookies and will need some for possible in-season moves.
  25. He's a solid 3rd WR. Still productive. Will forever be beloved by Bills fans for being one half of the tandem that ended the drought.
