I gave you two guys you clearly never heard of when they drafted them and you brushed it aside. Its after midnight so I don't want to go through it. They got Dane Jackson in round 7 probably never heard of him either until he was playing. We get it your miserable the Bills didn't take who you wanted.
Two guys out of how many picks the last 7 years, and only one of them is truly good. Yes, I know Milano was a 5th. No, I don't care about Teller because he's not here. Who then? If you're expecting us to always find late round "gems" who save the class, it's not realistic. When they have a meh day like today, it just compounds everything else. Help JA for God's sake. Stop catering to a coach who has to constantly rotate defensive players in a scheme that always comes up short. One 6'3" guy who has trouble getting separation is not the answer, especially when our OL is still middling. From prior experiences, I'm not confident they'll get 17 some REAL help on day 3. I'm not.

Well Levi Wallace was from Alabama so you should have heard of him but he went undrafted so maybe you didn't.
You're lacking any direction or points being proven on your side.

Yea I'm sure your really said that the Bills took Taron Johnson out of Weber State or Christian Benford out of Villanova now. I'm sure your mad they didn't take someone else that you heard of instead.
Johnson is good, one of the better NCB's in the game. Just because Benford is a starter here now doesn't mean squat. Levi Wallace was a starter here once, too.

Probably more of the same, sadly. Look at Day 3 of our prior drafts and how they operate. Usually multiple guys none of us have heard of.

Anyone have on NFLN radio around 1115? I was getting in my car and they were talking about someone with no ACL in one knee. Anyone know who they were talking about?
Payton Wilson

This is a very strong draft so far.
The issue, imo, isn’t the players taken.. they got good players at positions of need.
Three meh guys, with two being on the defensive side of the ball. Not impressed at all this year. Wasn't a Coleman fan, didn't see S as a 2nd Round need, and a 3-Tech backup DT to close out our Day 2. Very underwhelming.

You really expecting anything from two nobody's?

I think what you see after tomorrow is the roster you're going to get. There will be no trades for WR's. They just took us back to 2018 with our WR depth chart, IF they do what I expect them to do tomorrow.

Maybe a trade up for Franklin or Tez Walker tomorrow?
Doubt it. Bet they stand pat and take 5 more defensive players and a couple of bottom feeder OL'men knowing them.

Meh, meh, and meh. This draft, so far, has been the worst I've seen from Beane. The trades don't bother me. What we've done after that has. Just my 2. Very underwhelming.

And yet I will make a friendly wager with you that Allen has the best statistical season of his career this year.
If I were a betting man, I would take you up on that because I surely believe not.

I feel bad for JA17 at this point. Our WR group is Shakir, Samuel, Hollins, Shorter, and Coleman.

First time I've seen Franklin listed on the top available, just now. Listed as #76

All the Washington WRs have been picked other than Franklin.
Yeah, something is up. No one is even mentioning Franklin. It's REALLY odd.

At 245 he'd need to put on some lbs to play on the end of a 43.
He's listed at 245lbs, but he plays like he's 260lbs. Go watch some film of him

Love Liufau. Early. Thought he was an early 5th, but good for another ND player

Eisen is LOVING the draft this year

Blake Corum teamed up with Kyren Williams? Nice backfield

Reiman before Sanders?

If THAT isn't fitting. Burton, another woman beater, going to Cincy

What can we expect on day 3?

Still underwhelmed after what transpired yesterday, but they have a chance to at least TRY to do right by Josh today. They need to get one of the four in Troy Franklin, Tez Walker, Brenden Rice, or Javon Baker.
Went back and watched some more Coleman highlights. Though he has trouble separating consistently, he uses his body well and has good hands. He also is excellent at high-pointing the football. His Michigan St. highlights are better than his FSU highlights imo. He showed well against both Washington and Michigan in 2022, both with multiple NFL players on their defense (especially Michigan). I don't think he's the gamebreaker we need, but he should be a solid possession and Red Zone guy. Having him run those Slot Fades once we get inside the 20 should lead to some production where it counts. 3rd and middle yardage could be a good place for him as well, using his body to shield defenders. We'll see.
I see why some people like Cole Bishop, as he doesn't seem like a complete wash of a pick. But I also understand how McDermott's defensive obsession works. Those are what really led to #60 and #95. They can talk about boards and whatnot, but these two picks have McDermott's fingerprints all over them. The guy just can't help himself.
Who should we have taken in their place? I'm not gonna argue #33 because I get it and my guy, Legette, was gone. But at #60, I would have doubled up and taken Malachi Corley. That's just me. Then you have your big, possession guy and a guy who could take any catch a long way. A guy good with the ball in his hands. We still have an opportunity with Franklin, Walker, Baker, or Rice to get a guy who puts pressure on a defense. Franklin and Walker have the obvious check marks in speed, so preferably one of the two. Rice has had the greatest WR of all-time as his trainer, and he has athletic ability. I think he plays faster than his 4.5 forty. I also think Baker plays faster than his 4.54 time. After those four guys, it's not really worth grabbing anyone else at this point. We need to get another WR today in the 4th though, even if we have to trade up.
I would also like to see us grab one of the three between Audric Estime, Braelon Allen, or Kimani Vidal. Estime is my guy, but I am also a self-admitted ND homer. Any of the three would be a nice addition to our backfield.
As long as they don't just come out here on Day 3 and take 5 more defensive players, and two bottom of the barrel OL'men. Tired of seeing day 3's go like that, especially in the position we're in this year. At least make an effort to help your Franchise QB, who does not regard life or limb for 5 months every year while leaving it all on the line every game, and is trying to bring a Lombardi home.
