    Eric Smedley I once sat next to his girlfriend on a flight into Buffalo, and we ended up chatting for the entire flight. When we arrived at the gate in BUF, we were still talking and Eric was waiting to pick her up and gave me some serious side-eye. I remember thinking "Damn, he looks a lot smaller than I would have thought for an NFL safety. I bet I could take him." 😁
