It's ridiculous that in a country with almost no voter fraud, we mostly make people show up on a single day every year in person and then expect mostly volunteers to run a flawless process over the course of a day. I worked elections for a few years. Every one gave me a lot of pride in the process but also a little amazement that it all works--so many good people in America. And by the way, we don't NEED to know the results on Wednesday. It's just a "want."
