Let me start off by stating I wanted Jauron fired after the Miame game and even more after the Cleveland game. Now lets say I have a cooler head and I am emotionallu numb. Jauron needs to play out the season the season is a loss and we might as well pay him to perform work then to watch tv or play golf or whatever it is that he does. He needs to earn his money this year which means weekly persecution from the press and homegame abuse from the fans. Lets face the facts Fewell sucks as a DC and is not going to be a head coach he can barely handle his duties as a cordinatior never mind giving him double duties or even more ridiculous is bringing in another staff to be let go at the end of the season. Bobby April is not ready to be a head coach everyone can be estactic about the emotion he brings but when have you ever seen a coach go from special teams to HC the HC always goes to the Cordinators becuase the have to make gameplans how much of a game plan does a special teams coach have to make they use 8 formations and maybe one trick play a game. Sorry but that is not the type of experinece I want running this team. Granted he could handle the double duty but what if he fails as a interim head coach then he would be lost as our special teams coach as well. Leave the staff the way it is this way the players "who love jauron" will fight thru the rest of the season DJ gets paid to work instead of getting paid to play and he will be gone at the end of the season becuase there is 2 possible wins left on this schedule based on the talent of our team. TO must be traded after our loss to the Jets keeping him is a diservice to himself and the growth of this team. He will not be here next year and after the loss to the Jets we will be 0-3 in division and 0-4 in the afc might be mathmatically alive but tie breaker dead and after losing 11 straight in the divison that should sum it up for you. I dont like reading people wanting to trade a 23yr old truck. Yes he had a couple of infractions they are nothing compared to bad seeds on other teams. This kid has the motivation and skill I dont beleive he would do anyhing else in the future to jeopardize his career I think he got his wake up call. You need two good running backs in this leaugue and we have them why ruin it. If you look at it this team is ready for a coaching change. Nobody on the line makes over 2 mil year and could be easily replaced next season if they are deemed so at the end of the season. No Qb makes over 2 mil a year and can easily be replaced next season as well. Kelsay will be in the final season of his contract and easy to move or release to save money. Parrish will also be in his final season and will be gone. The whole secondary with the exception of MCgee and Witner are easily replaceable. Poz will be in the final season of his contract and could be moved to OLB his natural position if we can acquire or draft a goot solid MLB. This mess is going to be easier to fix then we realize. As much as many would like a big name head coach I can agree it would be nice but its not necessary rookie coaches can do go jobs and I dont have to list all the current and previous coaches to make my point. To me the major problem with this organizition is scheme. Nobody in the NFL world knows what are scheme is and niether do we so if we dont know our scheme how can we effectively draft for/ recruit free agents for/ or sign coaches to run it. PIT/COLTS/NE are consitently succesful becuase the hire for scheme/ the draft for scheme/ they trade for scheme/ they sign for scheme. This team needs to be a NE/PItt type of defense the defense we are is too soft for the teams we play. We need to identify what type of offense we are and keep making adjustments to that dont go thru an overall to intill a new offense thats doesnt fit the staff. I know there are alot of JP haters out there but the offense JP was in was a fit for Edwards and the offense the Edwards is in was a perfect fit for JP also two completely different QBS that should tell you the dsyfunction of the scouting/drafting no scheme. The other thing I will point out is that noone at the QB position is brought in here correctly witht he exception of flutie and Bledsoe. We play 7 of 8 home games in buffalo 5 of those games will be played in strong swirly winds / snow and very cold weather. We need a QB who has a strong arm and who is capable of playing in the consditions mentioned and FITS the system we are running. Just my two sense may not be worth much but I would rather see this team succed financially as well as succesfully.

Ralph is certianly the main problem of this orginization. However I dont think its because he does not want to build a winner its because he cant make the right decisions in personnel. He believed as many others on this board that bringing in Tom Donahue and giving him full control that would bring our organization to the glory days once again. However, several issues exsisted when he was brought in salary cap issues mortaging our future to win now. QB contraversy. A new coaching staff. though Greg williams ended up being the worse descion many fans were excited to have him however his ineptness led him to his dismissal. Fan morale at its alimate low TD was in need of some magic and instead of hiring the right guy for the job he went to his roots and Brought in mularkey. End of era Then Ralph realizes that if anytihing TD was right about not mortgaging the future and will not do it again and instill a cash to cap philosophy and brings in MARV LEVy not to be a GM but a face an inspiration to guide him to make the right Coaching decision since the last three have failed forgetting the fact that MARV made Wade his coach in waiting. There werre much better choices available then DJ we will never know the true reasons behind the decision maybe it was money maybe something else. Then in an effort to be a shrewed business man he saw the team on the way to the first playoff berth since 99 and decided to wrap him up for the next three years trying to save a few million but ut ended up being the wrong decesion once again. What we need is a GM that is not ralph or any of the other clowns in the office. One that will sit down and say what is or idendity going to be on offense run and shoot, west coast etc, etc what are we going to be on defense 3-4 4-3 tb cover 2 maybe hybrid etc... Then once the organization has identified what both sides of the ball is going to be then we bring in the coaches to fit that system. Why are the Steelers/Pats/Colts such consistent winners the have a system in place on both sides of the ball and bring in the coaches and the personell that fit the systems. They dont hire blindly and then say we are changin our system. The collasal failure we are experiencing is that the defense doesnt work and it has been change to work. this defense has not been higher then 25 in any of the years under jauron. The offense needs to fit the personell i was strongly ipposed to the hurry up offense becuase in order for that to be succesful you need the right personell on both sides of the ball it stunts the growth of our OL and makes our already bad defense even worse. We have a dink and dunk QB we should have brought in possesion receievers and pass catching TES we have two oustanding RBs so we should have a powerful running game play to your strenghts dont create systems that dont fit the team.

I was going to correct each of your statements then realized it was as fruitless as DJ coaching our team. I am sure glad you are not involved in sports management/ ownership or we would have more to worry about then the current state of our team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The idea of keeping Jauron if theis train wreck continues is going to be 10% chance of keeping him. Because Ralph will eat 6 mil either way because if he keeps him he will see dimisined revenue in sales of season tickets/individual tickets and team wear. A new coach depending on who they are would generate excitement encourage season and individual ticket sales. The best business move is to FIRE him there is no choice unless he miracualously wins 90 % of the remaing games he will not be here at the end of the season. I do agree he will not be fired during the season but mark my words when this team finishes with less then 5 wins you will see him fire either after the last game or the very next morning. IF you dont believe me just look at DJs in game actions last week hes afraid for his job a week ago he would not go 4-1 but twicw he went on 4th down with 5 or more yards needed he is desperate and its showing.

Personally O would do whatever it took to get Cower. I would even take gruden we need a personality. However it could make sense to bring in Holmgren for the reason the Buffalo is in the same position as GB and Seattle was before Holmgren took over and made them a consitent team. He understands talen he traded atlanta for Farve he traded GB for Hasslebeck he knows how to get a starting QB which is something this organization does not know how to do.

We got spanked by Miami and you think because the jets who fell to Miami in the fianl minutes of the game makes us capable of beating the jets at their stadium when our ol has committed 9 false starts at home how many penalities do you think they will have away. Not only do the Jets have two capable rbs they also have a defense which we currenly do not have. This is going to be another blow out and we will once again fall to another divisional opponent. Also ant delusions you have if winning another game this year..well anything you need to do to get yourself theough the season. Whats going to get me through is that DJ wont be here at the enf of the season and a top 5 pick to boot.

I take offense to your heading... to say everyone would include myself and I was not enomoured with Trent one bit. I stated many times that 5-1 was not really where this team was playing at but I would take the record. I have stated he doesnt have a strong arem which is not good for the buffalo winds and playing in Nov/Dec or even Jan if we ever made there. I also said if Trent was going to be our QB then we need not sign lee evans because lee is a vertical trheat only and Trent wont throw beyon the first down marker.

Im reading into it the date of Jan 4, 2010. The season is lost there is no saving it he will pay him to finish the train wreck and go from there. AS long as he is gone by the end of the season im fine with it.

YES to all. Ralph was trying to save money by wrapping him up before being a playoff coach and it actually costed him money. Ralph was too impatient and if it wasnt ralph it was one of the mmoney guys. If you truly watched the way they played the were lucky to be 5-1 and to say the werent their final record speaks for itself 2-8 blame it on what ever factors you wont. I dont care how much players lke this coach he is too soft and doesnt know how to properly prepare his team. This team has had a swarm of injuries since he has been the head coach and that is either the strength and conditioning coach who still has a job or not proper conditioning in practice by the HC. Injuries happen but this is ridiculous.

Yes I would trade him. I stated before he was even resigned that he should have been franchised and signed and traded. He does not fit the system that the bills have been running. He is a vertical threat only and when we all knew they were gettign rid of JP the vertical game was gone. Evans is not a #1 receiver on this team he is and only is a deep ball threat but when you dont have anyone to throw you the deep ball what threat are you? For those of you who hate JP he would have thrived with the weapons and style of this offense despite the OL.

we are now 1-4 and looking worse each week. Do you still billieve unde DJ we will go 6-5 the rest of the way with 4 of the next 5 games on the road with one of the most undiscplined ol in the game?

DJ doesnt have him calm, TO's agent has him remaining calm. TO is only in a year deal and most likely wants to play next year and needs to proe to the other teams he can b a team player and say the right things by not throwing his players, coaches or team management under the bus.

After going 0-6 in the division last year and going 2-7 after a 5-2 start and missing the playoffs after being consider a shoe in for the spot and still retained as the head coach I had NO EXPECTATIONS coming into this season. THen after we let go of JP picked up TO I thought maybe now we finally have a #1 wr this season then I thought about it some more especially after I was very frustrated with the decision to extend Lee Evans because he is not the typ of receiver that fits the system they seem to be running but TO might more of a physical receiver might help in the possesion game with Captain check down noodle arm. Then we blew up our OL and the only guy we kept was Butler who i dint think was that great at gaurd to play RT ontop of that this team never resolved its secondary issues from last year, nor did they solve their DL issue from last year nor did the upgrade the weak LB core which brought me to this REALIZATION no playoffs this year 7-9 at best agisnt the hard schedule and my payoff for the season SHOULD BE DJ getting the firing he deserved last season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beat me up all you want for this next statement but after looking at the schedule again and recapping the play over the last 4 weeks the only possible game we can win is against Cleveland and even that failed us last season. I dont believe there is another game this season we are going to win under Coach Jauron we will end the season 1-15 with the first overall pick. This was not my orginal thought going into the season I had them at a favorable 7-9 with a 5-11 mostlikely. But witht he talent level at defense and on the OL and what I have said about captain checkdown all along this is the beginning of the end for the season unless DJ is fired before the end of the season which is unlikely because of RW inability to want to pay coaches not to coach. This performace is poor nothing has changed hes the same ole coach and we have the same ole team,0-8 in the division since last season, 3-10 since last season, 1-4 and the bottom of our divison now. Screw continutity, he has no cahing sense and it doesnt matter who coaches this team for the rest of the year it has to be better then what Jauron is doing . I have not come out and said after every game lets fire dick. I have stated that he should be fired IF he loses to Miami. My reasons were that he lost to a team with an unproven QB but mainly the loss would make DJ 0-8 in the division since the start of last season and if you wand to add to the ineptness he would be 3-10 since a 5-2 start last season to me would be enough to fire him!!!! St Louis didnt have to wait until the end of the season their HC was fired after we beat them even though the team played hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Look, the continuity speech can only go so far but i have to say if we lose to Miami on Sunday Jauron Should be Fired on Monday. Why??? Even though this may be a new season a loss to Miami with an umproven QB playing for Miami and Miami being Ralphs Rivalry and the fact that we would be 0-8 in the division since the start of last season and 1-4 on the season should be enough of a reason to can is candy What do you think?

Enough with the "Sky is falling the sky is falling" chicken little crap. Every team suffers njuries every team suffers from no names and rookies stepping into big starting roles and expected to play thats what they are paid for. The fact is the Bills have finally gotten smart and stop overpaying for overvalued talent now they have rookies who can play at the same level. I am also tired of the peters BS do you not remeber he came of the practice squad and turned into a probowl player whose to say that the inexperienced players couldnt become one too. Are we going to continue to give excuse for poor play. The 2 best teams huh? The jets with a rookie QB beat the Pats and the pats didnt look so great last week either but came out with a win. Winners know how to win and losers make excuses for why they didnt win because they were the better team BS!!!!! We had NE beat in the first game and as many want ot place the sole blame on leodis do we seem to forget that the defense could not prevent the TDs but came up big with a field goal and the offnese the lovel offense could not even muster up any type of urgency to get the team within a reachable feild goal range to put the game into OT. How about the fact that we let the TB get back into a game that we should have completely dominated after last weeks performance Leftwich is riding the pine. We also had the chance with 9 minutes left inot the 4th qtr to at least tie the saints but instead gave up 17 points in 9 minutes. LOSERS make excuses and as long as DJ is at the helm that is what will will be and I can see the frustration in TO if TO's agent wasnt telling him to behave himself so he can sign with a WINNING team next year he would have thrown DJ/AVP and the golden boy TRENT under the bus in WEEK 1.
