    NFL Sports Bars South of Atlanta

    Help! I'm visiting relatives that live in the south suburbs of Atlanta this weekend - around Senoia and Fayetteville. Does anyone know of any NFL Sunday ticket sports bars in that area? I'm sure I could go to that ESPN Sportzone up in ?Buckhead, but was hoping someone would know of some NFL sports bars down south. If anyone has any suggestions, please include a rough location too. Thanks.

    I doubt I will be able to find them this week. I am still in Georgia in a company training class and have very limited PC access. I pointed Zona to a couple of sites that usually post coordinates. Perhaps he'll have some luck finding them and posting this week. Sorry.

    I'm right by Windward Pkwy now. I live about 16 miles from here (close, by Atlanta standards). If you don't smell too bad and wash your hands after using the bathroom, you can come over to my place Saturday. Couple of other former Buffalonians probably stopping by. Send P-mail.     Alpharetta, GA - Where to watch Bills

    Barnacles in Duluth. Its the only place you will catch it in metro Atlanta. Its about 19 minutes from Alpharetta toward I-85 (take old milton towards I 85) which turns into pleasant hill. I will be wearing a Bledsoe jersey myself.

    Is it likely to be on live Friday at Barnacles in Duluth? Do they have the old style Big Satellite Dish there? Thanks

    I'm staying in Alpharetta this weekend.

    If I recall, the Bills game will be replayed on the NFL network on Saturday at 1pm.

    Do any of you Atlanta area fans know where the game might be on near Alpharetta. I'm up on Windward Pkwy.

    I saw a Buffalo Wild Wings around here and there is an ESPN Sportzone down around Buckhead I think.

    Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks

    Bills-Packers on Saturday, Aug 20th, 6pm eastern

    The Packers feed may be the better option as it's a C-Band feed vs the Bills Network KU feed. 

     

    Packers at Buffalo Bills

    Satellite: IA-6, Transponder 9 (C-Band)

    Audio: 6.2 / 6.8

    I think the Bills Network will again be on SBS6- 17 (KU band, horizontal polarity) as the game is a sellout in Buffalo.

    Just got confirmation that the Bills Network feed will remain at SBS6 - 17 for the Packers game but will switch to SBS6 - 15 for the Bills- Bears game. Enjoy.

    I hear that the the Bills - Colts will be on:

     

    SBS6 Ku 17 (H)

     

    KU Band, horizontal polarity.....far eastern end of the US spectrum. If I recall from years past, the satellite is hard to tune in but that transponder had one of the stronger signals on that satellite.

     

    I recall too that typically the Bills would contract the same satellite and transponder for the entire preseason. Let's hope so. Have fun.

    If we got Shelton would he be happy?

    I know for any of us outside the dream world of sports/entertainment, $3 million per year would be quite sufficient. Just wondering though.... How do you think Shelton would feel over time making 1/3 of the right tackle's salary when he's supposed to playing the tougher left tackle position? Might be like a stone in his shoe. If he comes in and plays well I could see a little jealousy developing.
