  1. He when you see french elections results, no problem, we have our fair share of complete idiocy here too (from Le Pen to about 15% of REAL communists and associates)... but at least those guys are never in position to win the elections!!
  2. well at least the only time Le Pen was in "final" he had only 20% of the vote...
  3. i knew i could count on you Crayonz!!!
  4. So your advice Wacka is to tell my fellow frenchmen that "she has not said that" and that anyway the other VP candidate is making more gaffes than her! Well sure that will help me to try to explain americans are not as dumb as some french media say!!!
  5. i think (i know it's not the point) that TV has been invented in 1928... Anyway that gaffe has no impact here because: About nobody in France knows and cares about who was President of the USA in 1929 and My three year old son knows dinosaurs never lived at the same time than humans.
  6. Sad is not the word. You know guys I LOVE YOU but sometimes as in all love relationships you just roll your eyes, look elsewhere, go outside and comeback once you have purposely forgotten what you just saw/heard
  7. Well, you like to have fun of me and my country here and well you're sometimes right!! But as some of you know, even if i like to critic the american way once in a while here, i defend the USA and the americans everyday in that champion land of anti americanism that is France. Always saying to ignorant fellow frenchmen to not judge the US by what they see on TV, by what they hear in the media, telling them to cross the Pond just to see what the USA really are... etc.... but well this time i need your help because i have NO argument to answer to that question i hear ad nauseam here for 24 hours: "How stupid americans are that they could elect a VP that believes men and dinosaurs lived together on this planet 6,000 years ago?"
  8. They could at least have the one who "invented" Canada!! Where's J Cartier?!
  9. Saw a rerun of the game last night on NASN... What an incredible performance by the OSU offensive line during the first half! Pure humiliation of the USC D Line, they had NO clue what was going on!
  10. yeah let's make travel all that comes out of the restrooms of Chicagoans all the way to SoCal!!
  11. The pollution you talk about is mainly rejects from the Chicago metro area water system? So basically today all that "used" water is send into the Mississipi river bassin?
  12. well it looks like (according to the link of "endzonecrew"'s post ) Ontario and Quebec have or will sign...
  13. how can someone or a group be "semi-communist"? You are or you are not communist! no room for "halves "in the communist doctrine!
  14. I know you're not Darin!!
  15. well at least the ones believing in Obama believes in something completly new on the american political scene, they may be wrong but you can understand someone can be enthousiastic about Obama...while i wonder how you can be a" fan" of someone as dull, conformist and "unnew" as Mc Cain.
  16. not that i want to sound like a sceptic but i wonder how they can have a such precise idea (+3%) of the carbon emissions on the planet...
  17. Can't they just decide now that the national championship game is the SEC Championship game? That will shorten the season and we'll all be focused 100% on the Bills dream season earlier!
  18. Well OK ... but your link made me think about Naomi Watts, she should be on the list!
  19. On the NFL network they still show that mix of NFL coaches yelling at zebras and Marv is the coach in about 1/4 of their selections!
  20. Palin? left? Two words that do not go well together!!
  21. And thanks to tonight OT victory the Grenoble Wolves Burners are alone at the top of the french league standings!!
  22. well you're not that far from reality... "Red hood" as a lot of fairy tales is in fact a metaphor about sexuality...
  23. Well around Lake St Jean they are more into the lumber ax than cheese... I'd not played with the sensibility of those Far North guys!!
  24. Solitary not really, they like to live in packs/families of 4-10 animals... BTW they do not like human intervention or human meat... but do like lambs, veals or goats, especially when the winters are tough and the wild preys are rare ... so well that explain why they were not too welcomed by my ancestors around our villages! And don't forget the rabbies that could transform a wolf into a crazy monster!
