  1. I just bought my ticket for the Colorado Bills Backer's Tailgate.
  2. If you're still in the playoff hunt. You have CJ return kicks and get 10 offensive snaps again (assuming Boobie, FJax and BBrown are healthy). It doesn't matter if he gets injured again. You need all hands on deck for the Patriots game of it matters for a playoff spot.
  3. It is because defenders are going low to "tackle" to avoid helmet to helmet penalties. Although this particular hurdle was a terrible idea with 3 Bills defenders waiting for him. Best wishes though Miles, you're my hero. I always wanted to Bang Jessica Simpson in her prime and play in the NFL.
  4. Actually Morrone is 1/1 with the team quitting on him. That Tampa game was a travesty. http://espn.go.com/nfl/gamecast?gameId=331208027&version=mobile&src=desktop I think part of the reason the Defense hasn't quit (yet) is the Bills will never be under .500 this season, assuming an @ Oakland win. If the Defense shuts Manning down and keeps him under 21 points and the offense just poops the bed. The defense may not be able to get it up for Rodgers but so far the defense has been impressive in their persistence. I think you got right though that is an all star cast of defensive coaches. They deserve the credit. Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't understand the weighted average. We are #1!
  5. The Bills are now the #3 Defense by Football outsiders! What is interesting is the Broncos are #1 in the unintelligent NFL.com defensive team rankings, Where inexplicably the Bills D moved down after spanking the Browns. I guess they'll settle it on the field of play Sunday in Denver. http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/teamdef Let's see what happens APM (After Peyton Manning) but live it up for now. Edit: I tried to delete this thread but couldn't. I originally read it as the Bills were #1
  6. They've known each other since they were 18. Spikes could be a character witness . . . "Is Hernandez a swell guy?" "Yup he is super swell" It doesn't have to be hostile.
  7. Three keys 1.) If Emmanuel Sanders has more than 6 catches the Bills will lose. The Thomases will get theirs. It's Sanders that will move the chains. 2.) If Manning gets sacked 3 times and has 2 INTs we might have a chance. 3.) Orton Needs atleast 299 yards passing and 0 INTs
  8. Let's talk after Manning, Rodgers, Brady.
  9. -Chris Hogan (three-yard touchdown reception) and Jerry Hughes (18-yard fumble return touchdown) scored on consecutive scrimmage plays in 10 seconds in the third quarter. The 10-second span was the shortest between two touchdowns for a Bills team since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970.
  10. I never called anything silly. Ell is making an assumption that if Spikes were called by the Defense then he would be personally trying to assist Hernandez in his defense. This is not the case. Lets move on.
  11. Focus your attention here: Now comment.
  12. Notice: It is not fair to judge Spikes if he is called as a witness for the defense. He does not have a say in it. He is being compelled to testify. The Neighbor of every serial killer says "Gosh, who would have known, he was a great neighbor quiet and kept to himself." Spikes testimony will likely be "He was a swell guy, we had lots of fun together. I didn't know he was killing people in his free time."
  13. I don't think we get double credit for both Vick and Geno. and we definitely don't get credit in any way for EJ. So Basically Hoyer and Vick/Geno. Yeah I don't think that is a record of any kind.
  14. Who cares out about the Wild Card. The Bills win out and Pats lose one more before week 17 and the Bills will have the Division. Aim Higher! Just Win baby!
  15. Spikes would be testifying on behalf of Spikes. The prosecution and defense will ask him questions and he will answer them truthfully. Spikes won National Championships with Hernandez then was drafted by the same NFL team. It shouldn't matter if Spikes is called as a witness for the defense or prosecution, Spikes doesn't have a choice in the matter.
  16. This was the "going out of bounds with "no contact"" play. smh
  17. Big Difference Swartz philosophy is "I have the best D-Line in the NFL and I know all of them can beat double teams so good luck trying to single any of them. We will pwn your QB eventually."He also believes in a heavy D-Line rotation. Which keeps Kyle and Dareus fresh. A Fresh Kyle Willimas and Dareus against a winded Guard in the 4th QTR = QBs on the ground. Pettine was too cute. He definitely can game sacks and get some INTs as a result of the disguised pressure but clearly his defense gets gashed by the run. To be fair the Bills LBs are much improved in 2014 as compared to 2013 which helps with the run defense but I really like how Swartz uses his players. Pettine's system is probably better with less talented players but the Bills defense is mostly 1st and 2nd round picks. Schwartz just puts the Bills superior pure talent in positions to win. Less cute more just Bullying the opposing offense. I don't know what Schwart D would look like with a bad D Line. He went from a motivated Haynesworth to Suh/Fairely to Mario freakin Williams, Marcell Dareus, Kyle Williams and Jerry Hughes (#1 overall pick, #3 overall pick, #9 overall pick and Kyle Williams) must be nice to coach that talent.
  18. I think Bainbridge just was tackled by about 4 Bills at the same time the refs didn't see the clear Spear job by Bradham "#53" he is usually a clean tackler. I think the initial tackle by the other Bill moved Bainbridge and he wasn't where Bradham expected and he dropped his head even more. I don't think it was intentionally dirty. That 3rd string TE looked lost in blocking and passing. That was probably a huge loss in pass protection help. That sack that took the Browns out of FG range was huge but the game was lost on this 4 play sequence. 4th and 2 - 31 yards to Woods. 1st and goal - 8 yard TD to Hogan Kickoff. Crowell fumble returned for a TD. Lights out. Yeah our defense is legit. The offense is J-V. Gordon was eating up that Flanker Drag route under the other routes in the 1st QTR but after that the defense clearly keyed on Gordon. Gordon clearly wasn't on the same page on the reads. Searcy should have had 4 INTs and Brown should have had one as well in coverage on Gordon. Hoyer was expecting one read and Gordan was not seeing the same thing which made Hoyer's throws look horrible. Good Luck the rest of the season but I think Manzeil is a joke. He'll have a spark until there is tape on him then after about 6 games his career will be over. If Kyle Williams had 4 QTRs to go after Manziel he might have buried him for real Johnny Football looks like a little guy out there. I can't imagine his body can with stand multiple hits by 300 lbers.
  19. Can we get a NYJ or Buffalo Bulls fan as a lawyer on either the defense or prosecution or maybe both so no one will object to questions about spygate. He is under oath … "Mr Bellicheat, is it true that you tape recorded opposing teams closed practices?" "Mr Kraft is it true that you have directly or indirectly made payments to NFL referees for favorable penalty calls?"
  20. Fred Jackson, Scott Chandler, Sentrel Henderson, Jim Leohnard, Jabari Greer and Joique Bell all say Hi
  21. What about Saturday?
  22. You guys are unbelievable. smh
  23. If you got Sammy and Robert having big games the defense has to respect that. Clearly the Jests and Doo-Doo Browns decided to take Sammy out of the game and live and die by Robert Woods. Well they both got killed by Robert Woods. D-COs will take notice and adjust their philosophy. That likely leaves some juicy 1 on 1s with LBs for our H-Back. I'm thinking Gray will have every opportunity to beat more one on ones and it'll be up to him to capitalize on this juicy opportunity. Think of Clay in Miami. If he had that type of effect on the offense this would be a huge find.
  24. If he just a gets his NFL regular season average on every catch then I think WE've found our TE of the future. I saw Gray in the backfield lined up as a FB a few times. Good pro scouting, for a guy to go from Waiver Wire to major contributor someone at OBD did their homework. Also the Bills TEs really suck so that says something when a dude off the street out performs the people that have been on the roster.
