Golisano is no evil man who eats puppies. He is a brilliant business man. I have met him numerous times by delivering to his office in Pittsford. He has more businesses going than anyone would think. They all prosper. I would love to see him buy the Bills and believe me, he would not have to let the Sabres go. The guy has given over 19 million in donations to hospitals, schools and others in the Rochester area. Him buying the Bills would be the best thing that could happen. This guy is not going to delve into anything that is going to cost him money. Next time I see him, I may just bring up the buying the Bills possibility. And no, this is no BS post.

I wouldn't want Sundin or McCabe. If we are going for a d-man, I would make a deal with Ottawa for either Redden or Chara. Ottawa needs a goalie. I wouldn't mind taking a shot at Mark Recchi for the playoffs. Tim Connolly is coming back, so Pyatt may be heading to the bench and could be disposable.

I have to admit I am a homer when it comes to Rory, because I am from Rochester, but I know damn well when Kalinin comes back, it's Rory to the bench and I have no problem with that at all. Remember, everyone bitched about the Sabres grabbing Teppo? I would take him over Leetch anyday. Leetch has been horrible this year, with a rookie or not. He gave the puck away on his own many times tonight.

I don't mind who the Sabres face in the first or any round. They get zero respect and that's just the way I like it. I think Rory Fitzpatrick looks like an all-star compared to Hal Gill and Brian "I should have retired" Leetch. If you ask me, I think Lydman was the worst Sabre D-man tonight.

This late in his career, I don't see Bruce being able to adjust to the conditions to be that valuable to us. But, believe it or not, I have been wrong.

Most of Bruce's numbers have come in a climate controlled stadium half the year and against mostly warmer weather teams. Moulds numbers have come in much more harsh conditions, with much more crappier QB's to boot. I'd stick with Moulds.
