  1. LOL.  Defensive,  are we?

I actually don't have a problem with most of what you are saying.  I was just making the point that sometimes stats DO lie.  In the end,  the only stat that matters is the record.  I do not feel that Bledsoe has played particularly well over the course of the season,  but the 5-2 record over the last several games indicates that something is working well for the Bills right now.  They've got some consistency and they're regaining a winning attitude.  This isn't the time to start screwing that up.

I would not necessarily have a problem with giving Losman a couple of series in the middle of the remaining games,  but to start him right now could set back much of the progress the rest of the team has made in the last two months this season.

I agree to some extent. You are what your record says you are...and we are a below .500 team with only one glaring liability and one position that fails to improve while all others have.

  2. Understand this....Before stoops we couldn't make the top 25. Honestly from the time Barry S retired we sucked. Then all of a sudden here comes stoops. Winning record and a bowl his first season with SOMEONE ELSES PLAYERS! Then in year 2 we win the national championship.

Since then top 6 at worst. Guess what? Due to STOOPS REP/Recruiting ESPN etal have stated we are stocked for the next 5 years (being at least a contender for the title).

so Yeah I gotta say it's Bob Stoops.

  3. Are you kidding me?  Vincent has:

    * been in 5 of the last 5 pro bowls

    * missed just 16 out of a possible 192 games because of injury before this season

    * never sat more than three games in a row (in 9 NFL seasons)

Nice hindsight.  I'm fine with McGee, but he's been up and down and nobody was sure he would be any good last offseason.

No he isn't kidding, the guy only has about 4 complete seasons to his name. The guy got to the probowl on his NAME. you remember just like ruben brown.

Look this defense is doing just fine with him on the sidelines. Let them keep building chemestry and DON'T Screw stuff up!

  4. I hate to say this, but honestly how the hell does ND expect to get anyone worth a sh--? NO Talent. Only gave Willingham 3 years (which is a joke with the lack of talent and being shackled with some other clowns recruits) then fired him.

No way in hell Meyer was going to give up being God like in Utah to go to ND and be canned in 3 years.

Florida would have easilly been my pick

  5. Look they ALL did it. The guy was supplying them HgH and they all took it (I am sure in addition to other stuff) Barry bonds KNEW what he was taking. No one is going to buy his 'I didn't know' BS.

As for Bonds saying he is willing to test at any time? Well hell yeah, you can't test for HgH. But I will say If I were MLB I would require him to let his hair grow out for 6 weeks or so and then do folicle testing. If he has taken anything else, it will show up.

BTW...Anyone notice that athletes like him shave their heads a certain times? Hummmmm..... But hey 'he didn't know'

  6. "A nice reverse with Bledsoe throwing a key block is nullified by a penalty against Jason Peters for not reporting as eligible. He is not having a very good half. WE try it again on the other side with MW leading the way. There is only one guy out there to stop the play by MW engulfs him so Evans goes for 15 and a first down. The drive ends when Drew throws a deep one to Evans who had single coverage. It was single coverage all right but the guy was all over him. The pass was a little overthrown and with coverage that good, it ended up a nice pick. Drew went to the right receiver and you would like to think Evans would beat the guy one on one. Oh well."

Look at the endzone view again. The ball was a badly thrown ball. Had it been thrown to the middle of the field or just inside the hashmark it would have been a TD. Instead it was thrown over/to the outside of the WR which was dead on for an int. Now this is not just me, even the commentators reviewed the play and showed the exact same thing. Evans had his man beat for 6 IF the ball is thrown in the right place.

  7. Calling Grass valley beautiful is an understatement. I remember driving through there once in complete wonderment. And I agree with a lot of people here, except the only thing to me that is fugged up is that he's wasting everyone's time with his on again/off again approach. He's like the John Kerry of running backs. Make a decision for Christ's sake and then go away.

Well you got your wish. He refused to agree to the drug testing policies of the NFL and is now 'Retired'. The NFL Gave him until todays deadline to come back, serve the next 4 games on suspention then be done with it. He said no.

  8. Ricky choosing his own path is fine, but he signed a contract. You know one of those pesky binding legal documents.  Than after giving a speech in training camp about the need to stick together as a team.  The hypocrite up and leaves the team.  If he didn't want to play fine, but he should've had the common curtesy to tell his team before the season started so they could've drafted a runningback to take his place. Yes I know as bills fans, Anything bad that happens to the fish is a good thing, but I also know if that was up and our rb up and quit the same people who are saying  "I give him credit for following his own path" would be screaming to the high heavens for that guys head on a silver platter.  Following your own path is fine. Following your own path while being selfish and the expense of other peoples living is not fine.

It would be nice if he payed his child support as well

  9. "this guy is beyond fugged up."

how is he fugged up? He's made more money than someone who spends his day posting on a message board and chooses what HE WANTS to do with his life not WHAT society tells him to do.

All the power to Ricky if this is truly want he wants to do with his life. He must choose his own path in life.

Well throwing away his life to smoke pot is a total waste of life in general. Granted it's his to fugg up, but it's fugged up.

BTW...it would be nice if this POS understood he has 3 children with 3 different women. He owes child support. So instead of WORKING and actually paying CS, he is instead smoking pot and learning how to make more herbs work for him. And YES this is fact.

Oh and as for as 'He's made more money than someone who spends his day posting on a message board' Due to the law ( you know that thing we in the US actually have to follow to be part of this society) he is going to have to pay back 8 something million of it. To which he responds "they want more than I have available" To wit the NFL says 'Tough sh--'.

Doing what you want to do with your life is great, as long as you meet the responsibilities you have created with that life I.e. Paying CS to the kids you helped to create and returning money you were given in good faith (signing bonus) for services you didn't fallow through on. it's called RESPONSIBILITY.

  10. I just saw a deal on ESPN where they did an update on Wikky. He has turned down the NFL's option to re instate him. He doesn't want to be subject to the drug testing policy. Andrea Kramer said he told her he smokes pot every day.

In addition he is renting a small house in some town called 'Grassvalley' or something like it while attending some herbal/holistic school.

this guy is beyond fugged up.
