According to the experts poll at ESPN Adrian Peterson is just 2 points behind Leinart.

I say no for two reasons. 1) Left coast biased. plus Matt is the 'pretty' pick as I heard one guy state. 2) too much 'he will have two more years to win it' thinking. Who gives a sh-- about 2 years from now? If you feel he is the best now, he wins it now.
Personally yeah I'd like to see one of my boys win it, but We won it last year and lost the real prize.

Everyone harps on 1 play. What about the rest of the game when we couldnt score on the Raiders. THAT folks is why we lost.

the only thing I remember about TD is this...we are 4 years into the 3 year plan. We are on his 2nd Head coach and we STILL have a losing record with the team he built.

This truth is, Manning's singing bonus and guaranteed roster bonuses are divied through 7 years wihch is about 5 million per year.
I remember them making a huge deal about a 17 mill cap hit somewhere.

You can argue that blacks need to be interviewed for a job, or you can argue that if the #1 candidate is white, why interview a black??
My thoughts are, interview the #1 guy. If he's white, then so be it. I think its crazy for the NFL to give out token interviews, which are a waste of time and money, for guys who won't get the job in the first place. The counterpoint will be "what about guys who made it already, like dungy, greene, or edwards?" What about them?? So what if they're black... They're good coaches and that's why they are where they are. You can't have a token "black" interview for another reason too... What about when some chinese guy wants a job?? Then he'll fight to get interviewed. Jerry gray will be a head coach someday in the NFL. It's not cause he's black though, its cause he's a good coach. I just don't buy the whole "token" interview. Thoughts??

Give me a break. If you really knew much about football you'd realize that there is no way we'd get a high first at this point for EM. A low first or second would be it for a (good, not great) 32 year old receiver who has off years every other year.

Um did anyone miss the fact that ALL of peyton Mannings bonus goes against THIS years cap? It was done as a ROSTER bonus....not a signing bonus. ALL of the cap hit from his 17 or so mill Bonus is on THIS years cap.
Indy will have plenty of cap room to sign Edge AND some defensive players. Bill polian is still the man. TD wishes he was 1/2 the GM Polian is

As for Clement who cares? It's MM's offense that MM Called plays for, for years at Pitt. Wyche is a is a friggin offensive stud. I have no problems with clement taking a job.

Kota you are reaching. Before this year Clement was a QB coach that is all. MM was the OC and called the plays for THIS offense in Pittsburgh. Wyche was an inovative OC/HC in Cinci. Tutored Joe Montana etal. out of all 3 I think we miss clement the least.

I think you don't know the scope of what Clements is doing with the offense so it is kinda obsurb to make a judgement like that. From what is read in the paper Clements had designed alot of the offense. It helps to have Mularkey there but Mularkey cannot only worry about the offense.

That's funny because you know NOTHING about perspectives. You don't know the first thing about perspectives if you will only feel good about your team if they are superbowl contenders. Your expectations are sickenly high ICE. The Bills were one of the worst teams in the league last season, they start out 0-4 this year then do a 180 winning 6 of 8. They've become a feared team in the league again. I can see McGahee's and Evan's performances and know that this team has found the playmakers it so desparetly needed. So go ahead and lay down your "were not that good" posts all you want. The smarter members of TSW know differently. If you think that this team can't beat the Pats, Eagles, Steelers and Indy than that's your problem. There are fans here that think they can absolutely beat those teams and I'm one of them. Do I think they can win 3 straight road playoff games if they win out and get in the playoffs? No I don't, but that's because I have things in perspective and know the odds of that happening. The "reality" here is that you have missed the boat on not realizing how good the team is, and if you're waiting for the Superbowl birth till you feel good about them then that's just plain sad.
Well you see I win. I am a winner. Been a success at everything I have done. so yeah superbowl or nothing. I don't settle.
REALITY is we have only beaten one team that now has a winning record. Reality is NE will always beat on us with Bledsoe at QB.
Championships are what it's about, anything less is just that...less. So hey go ahead and settle no sweat off of my balls.

Then be good enough to score in spite of the penalties. Dude I am sorry I have NEVER Accepted that way of thinking. Back when the Bills were going to superbowls refs tried to stick it too us. Guess what? We scored again, and again and AGAIN! If we had scored on ONE friggin more possession in Oakland we win. We didn't.
