He is already a wash in my opinion. I know alot of you think that he hasnt been given a proper chance with our poor ol and coaching staff but I disagree. From what I saw of him, he isnt worth the effort and I wish there was a way to get out of the JP era, but unfortunately there isnt. Not immediately anyways.

My point exactly. Yea, Leinert is a bust. He hasnt won any big games in college. He is a winner. Something we lack heavily at OBD. I have no confidence in JP's future here. I watch Bills football just like the rest of you and granted he deserves more playing time for a better assessment of his skills and future with the Bills plus a better line, but from what I have seen and heard come from his mouth, I am not eager to see his future here.

1. JP is still a rookie with this past years debacle and not enough playing time.

 

2. O- line has to be totally remade.

 

3. Defense took a major step backwards.

 

4. Coach still doesnt know what he wants as far as a power running game.

 

5. Willis showed no progress. Not even sure if he wants to be here.

When Bills were scouting the '95 draft, they knew that QB was a prime need, and that they wouldn't have a shot at McNair or Kerry Collins.  So, they sent every scout & offensive position coach to scour the country to find the next best guy.  Todd Collins was hands down the choice, after game tapes, numerous workouts, and interviews.

 

We know that he wasn't ready when he played here.  But, it wasn't Marv that cut him loose.

 

He's looked decent in KC, and doesn't have any miles on him.

 

Bring back Todd.
