Why does it matter?

Rodgers has gone all hollywood. Dating to many celebrities or something.

best years are behind him and puts the letter "D" in diva.

He lost me at close friend and confidant. LOL right.

Viewers don't tune in to have political beliefs dictated to them. They tune into watch football. If viewers stop watching because of this, then yes advertisers will leave because viewership is down. It's not as simple as an advertiser not agreeing with whatever political stance is being displayed.
No they would not. While on company time, you are beholden to the handbook. You cannot go on political rants to clients and expect to keep your job or be protected by law when the client complains.
It's a slippery slope my friend. 1st amendment rights tend to win the court of law. Don't care about company time. They are at their job getting ready to do their job.
Anyone who has an issue with what the players are kneeling for needs to open their eyes. Social injustices happen in this country everyday. These players don't need to kneel. They make millions of dollars. They aren't kneeling for themselves it's for everyone else. -
Owners are a bunch of cowards beholden to their advertisers. If an advertiser has an issue with someone kneeling during the national anthem they have bigger issues.

Labor unions go on strike all the time. The players are in a players union what's the difference.

No issue with him protesting on his time, his dime.
Big issue with any employee protesting when they are working in an official capacity during work hours. If this was not the NFL there would not be a debate that it is inappropriate in a business environment.
Every civil rights lawyer would disagree with you.

WEll we had that tackle that went nutty and was cut soon after. Washington had an issue with a gun and is still on the team. Zay went nuts and is still on the team.
I don't think off the field stuff matters as much as people think. It's all about how they are in the building.

They will be fine.

Did he start throwing 'The Duke' again or am I missing something? He is a QB that can't even throw a football.
Indy's inability to build a team around Luck ruined him. No O-line and a terrible Defense ruined him.
I don''t want to do that to a top prospect. Buffalo's O-line and WRs suck. Any top 5 prospect here will fail because of it.
You cannot compare the two. Two different teams, coaching staffs, etc.... Losing Wood and Richie does hurt a bit but it's not like they were getting any younger. The Bills will find replacements and it will be just fine.
Nobody thought the bills would win 9 games much less make the playoffs but they did. Losing a couple of players is a small bump compared to the mountain they already crossed. -
I stopped reading after your first argument for not taking a QB is because of Andrew Luck and his situation.

I kinda want to see what AJ is capable of.
-
So i believe based upon comments, etc.... that the Bills will stay put at 12. if a QB falls to us great if not we go LB and just roll with Nate Peterman or AJ.

His mother is representing him. Nuff said. ...

Why is this suprising? Any GM should and would understand every scenario trading up or down based upon teams needs, their roster, etc... This is what front offices would do. If a player drops to 7 you better have a good idea as to what the cost would be in case you want a move.

McD said "We are building a team not just acquiring talent" right after trading Watson. The man walks on water as far as I am concerned. Best coach we have had since Marv Levy.

People need to quit speculating.

He was bad. WE have had how many coaching changes, scheme changes, and GM's since then?

I was alittle bit surprised when Beane mentioned that Star would be a 2.5 down player. That kind of money he should be on the field all the time. Not in love with paying a bunch of money to one guy when you rotate as much as they do.
Whatever, i am no expert only time will tell on these guys.I do like Trent however. His training is like Rocky IV.

Watching his NFL highlights i like what I see. Will be exciting to watch QB play for once.
-
Who knows AJ or Nate could be the real deal. I would be fine with going with either one as the starter this year.
AJ looks legit. Go see his highlights.

yes if he wanted to he could give the browns our first round pick for the next 10 years. It's all about how much you want to pay in draft picks to go up. You will most likely have to overpay so you better be right.
