So who are you rooting for. Me, it's the Packers. I've always enjoyed watching Brett Favre play ball. He's one of the few highly pub'd good guys in the game. It's always a pleaure. this wouldn't have anything to do with the offense being able to sustain a drive this year whereas last year the D was on the field practically the enitre game because either Doug Johnson or Kurt Kittner were throwing INT's or going 3 and out.

Overrated???? He's playing with the same team that went 2-10 without him last year. 2-10. He comes back last year and they go 3-1 to finish the season. This year with the same core of players they go 11-3. But, he's overrated b/c you think his individual stats aren't up to snuff???

And they should be. Considering everyone is making the same arguement about the Falcons in the NFC. An 11-3 team is an 11-3 team. We are 8-6. And don't give me the BS "it'd be different if we played in the NFC." Then you'd be assuming we would have finished with the same record over the last few years so we would have had the same draft picks. Which isn't true. You can't change one thing in the grand scheme of things and assume everthing will remain the same. The Bills are an 8-6 team. Period. The Pats are a 12-2 team. Period. The Falcons are a 11-3 team. Period.

But, both of you are assuming he's going to be out a lot for the remainder of his career. You have two options. Lock up Vick long term and roll the dice or let him go and sign someone else who more than likely isn't going to have the impact Vick would. Now, the Falcons have Vick for his career. Let's not forget, the guy is 24 and this is his second system. He's only going to get better.
