Remember Prime parking starts at 7am and ends at 7:30 Sharp. Not in the lot by
7:30 am SHARP you lose prime spot.

Please make a TBD sign on a piece of paper or cardboard 8.5"x 11" for your car. This will make it easier in controlling who gets into the lot at the gate. Please have your sign ready when you get to the enterance. I am a little concerned about the stadium lots opening at 9am.

yeah thats what i was thinking, but i heard that the OPPD are not allowing lots in a certain proximity to allow tailgating?

My parents and the Barco's, the big mud lot behind Red Pinto Kenny, FOUGHT for the right to park on private property. They had to battle in the courts costing them some Big $$$$ I don't care if they shut somebody else down but they will NEVER shut me down.
If your drinking on PRIVATE property what can they do?
Noise, use common sense and keep it down till 8-8:30 am..

I'll be in Buffalo this weekend and came up with what I understand are good tickets for the game. I may have an extra. Anyone interested?
Also, are there any busses out to the game from Kenmore/Tonawanda or downtown? If so, how long does the trip generally take?
Last but not least, are there any "open" tailgate parties for out of town TBD devotees?

The NFTA I think have busses from downtown to the Ralph.
Check Tailgate east board for location of the Two Bills Drive Tailgate party which is always open (starting at 7:30 am.)

start time for parking in stadium lots strictly enforced. Thats what I heard the other day. There has been a crew working this week installing new guard rails in some of the parking lots to help control those who do not want to follow the NFL 4 hour before kickoff opening of the lot rule.
With the new law concerning NYS getting all "Motion ticket fine $$$" those who PARK on posted streets waiting for the stadium lost to open, might get a ticket from the Town of Orchard Park who will be able to keep the "Non Motion fine $$$$

Can someone local check on details? I shall be flying in/out and doubt I'd have ability to get it to Hammer's and back.
Maybe we could get WGR to give some publicity since it would be near by - maybe even pay for it!
As I have said I would be willing to be in tank if we were raising money for a good cause. Does anyone have any rubber masks? When I did it last we wore rubber masks to help get crowd into it but we could also use a Jacksonville jersey if someone has one.
How are YOU going to fill it? Got insurance too? Who is going to work it? Where are you going to put it?

cannot make it so backup plans are to have the "Villiage Idiot" recreate the famous Janet Jackson half time show from last years super bowl. So far thou rehearsals have not been going smoothly, as there has been a problem ( "wardrobe failure") with the BRO!
I was told that there will be face painting, games for the youngins, football toss or
some other game, and "jugglers" for the not so youngins.
There will not be a band this year. Even thou Strictly Hip was great, it was just too loud.
I do not know if everyones favorite newspaper reporter Jerry Sullivan will be there to answer (set you straight) any questions you might have.
And you never know a TBD'er might even get on the WGR55 pregame show live
from the kick ass Two Bills Drive Tailgate party.

I do not know my plans yet (I start a new job Monday after opener) but if I drive up for game I'll stop over in Canada and get a couple of cases of Canadian beer.
Parking appears to very tight and I am not planning on parking in Hammer's Lot due to space restrictions so it appears I will need to drop off stuff and then go park. The parking situation makes it difficult to bring food like I did when I brought tenderloin tips for kabobs - getting in and out of lot is possible before game is easy but afterwards it means walking to Hammer's and lugging stuff to car before leaving and not something you want to do when you have a time crunch.
Parking is not "Tight". Just get your ass out of bed early! Can't get out of bed early, parking next door at 4180 Abbott Road so you don't have to lug so far.

The "10 Prime" parking spots in the TBD tent party area are under control of Jack in Cuse.
If you would like to park in that area you will have to PM Jack for details.
If you are to park in the prime area you MUST be in your parking space by 7:30am SHARP or you will lose your spot. (Prime area parking will start at 7:am and close at 7:30 SHARP when general parking starts.)
Hammer's Lot will open at 7:30am SHARP for general parking.
If you need a space please post your TBD name and how many spaces needed.
I will hold spaces till 9am unless you PM if you are coming later than that.
Also here is a list of other parking lots and prices. Mapquest or see the map that GHost has nicely set up.
HAMMER'S LOT address is 4155 Abbott Road Orchard Park N.Y.
4180 Abbott $10.00 ( Lot is right next to Hammer's Lot TBD tent side)
4129 Abbott $10.00 ( across Abbott, 20 secs away)
4171 Abbott $15.00 (direct across the from Hammer's)
12 Glen St. $ 8.00 (Glen is the side street directly across from the enterance
to Hammer's Lot. Turn off Abbott on to Glen. Glen is the 3rd
driveway on the RIGHT.
So who needs a parking spot? All must post even those who desire "prime parking"

Freester, I have more restrooms than ANY other parking lot per car.
Reservations for parking??? Not yet. Read the Tailgate Board.
After what happened to the first parker last year, I am leaning towards a 7:30
opening of Hammer's Lot.

When I talked Face To Face with some GR suits a couple of weeks ago, I said you need a football player on besides Coy Wire. I mentioned the station lacks someone with Pro football inside game knowledge.
I do not know if this will be a weekly feature.

I was told by a fellow poster, that you can all complain about them FACE to FACE, since WGR will be at Hammer's before every home game.
Or instead of complaining anyone could apply for a on the air job and show us what they got.
Has anyone noticed Sam Gash is on wed. mornings and fri. afternoons. I guess the suits listened to me.
