  1. And if Mr Wilson's kids say, "!@#$ it, I'm not paying the tax from my own wealth, I'll sell the team."| What the hell will I do on Sundays?
  2. They are endangering the lives of their people by provoking a stronger military. That is cowardly. Given that their long range capabilities have increased as they are actually able to get close enough to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, clearly their response is defensive. Israel has no interest in re-occupying Gaza. If there were no rocket attacks, there would be no bombardment. Clearly it is defense.
  3. But if you intend to kill people with your car and fail miserably, do the victims have a right to defend themselves?
  4. They could ask their biggest mouth pieces Jordan and Egypt to let them in but clearly, they all love voicing their support of the Palestinian cause but actually doing something about it is another thing entirely. Once again, who initially launches rockets? Who elected the government that launches the rockets?
  5. Always nice discussing **** with you. One wonders how a situation would be resolved when people resort to shouting and talking points. I do feel for the children who are caught in the cross hairs because of their parents hatred for Israel but that is life.
  6. Tel Aviv is much more densely populated.
  7. The aggressor is the victim. You elect a government bent on destroying its neighbor and you reap what you sow.
  8. Egypt is run by the Muslim Brotherhood. I highly doubt they care about what Israel thinks Are you this !@#$ing clueless? Yes intent. If Hamas had access to the kind of military Israel had, do you think Hamas would use discretion in its targets or it would just bombard Tel Aviv and Jeruselm into submission? Hamas has fired thousands of rockets blindly into Israel hoping it hits something. The fact that their military is not powerful enough doesn't wipe away the intent to kill. Yes cowards. Certainly Israel should risk their soldiers lives to stop Hamas so some Palestinian who lives in the USA could hate them just a little bit less correct? Given that Hamas has clearly stated they have no intent on negotiating with Israel, who are the really pussies?
  9. Check twitter. I've been watching CNN as well and it seems pretty even. Obviously the exact same as without. So intent doesn't matter? If I chase you with a knife and don't manage to kill you, does that not give you the right to defend yourself? Probably the same thing that Egypt is afraid of since they also have closed their border with Gaza.
  10. Wouldn't that force his heirs to liquidate their holdings?
  11. And who gets !@#$ed in this situation?
  12. Enlighten us then. Go on any social media or a lot of the media and you'll see plenty of anti-Israel rhetoric so how could you accuse someone of just blindly following the media?
  13. I haven't mentioned anything about Syria or its rebels in any post on TBD nor anyone else so that accusation would be inaccurate if not a giant strawman for someone who can't back up his own argument.
  14. Israel left Gaza. Why would they get up and walk away from a place they wanted to control buddy? Once they left, Hamas was elected into power (though now illegitimate since they were supposed to hold other elections). So once again, Israel blockaded Gaza once the rocket fire began. Once Hamas took over, Egypt did as well. Now that Egypt is controlled by the MB, the border crossing is still restricted. So explain the lack of consistency in your argument.. buddy.
  15. Yes Israel is blockading Gaza. Rafa is also restricted by the Egyptians even though they are supposedly "allies". No outrage there from the rest of the world now is there? Try and remember why the blockade was instituted in the first place. I wonder if the Fatah backed West Bank Palestinians will react the same way if Israel decides to get up and leave. Certainly it would prove that Palestinian leaders don't actually want peace. On my dime? I see my tax dollars go to much worse than that.
  16. Didn't i start a thread about this that ended up being derailed into poor people can't get to grocery stores?
  17. Shhhhhh
  18. Iran is directly supplying Hamas with rockets capable of hitting tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Without that capability I'm quite certain Israel wouldn't be stepping up their offensive against Hamas. If Israel didn't care about perception Gaza would be leveled by now. No one wants a ground offensive. Hamas cares about perception as well. If they could force Israel to stand down and boost up the propaganda, it looks to their people that they won making Fatah look weak. I still don't get how anyone could put pressure on Israel to lift.the blockade. Clearly Egypt doesn't even allow full passage through rafah and they are "allies" with Hamas.
  19. In other news, water is still wet. How are those workers doing now that they are unemployed?
  20. Brilliant. There is no such thing as equality.
  21. I would refuse without a doubt. That being said I have options and a great rainy day fund.
  22. Its hard to go back. As I stated earlier I am going to be unemployed soon (pending some news). I would rather sell crack than going back to making bread at minimum wage. We very easily become spoiled.
  23. I don't understand what the issue is. Unions are a part of workers ability to negotiate. The issue I have is when they have political power. In this case a company went bankrupt and life goes on. Unions just like businesses pay the price for bad decisions.
  24. Je me souviens.
